Have had nothing but negative experiences at this store, ie..... NOT honoring insurance/additional warranty purchased with big ticket items. Incorrect info entered by Best Buy staff on insurance/warranty & refusing to fix it. Entered my address & contact info correctly, BUT left previous customers name on warranty. They manually input this info into their system while you wait. Last & final visit to this store. Went to purchase car audio system (with advertised FREE INSTALLATION).....speakers & in dash stereo w/ radio, CD, Bluetooth, etc..... Gentleman that was helping us was totally gungho UNTIL we showed him the stereo we wanted. Just a standard audio type stereo, no digital touch screen, no backup cam, no DVD sound input, etc. All of a sudden the install was no longer free, even tho it was listed on the price tag. AND all of a sudden there was NO install technician available, recently quit.....blah blah blah. Customers purchasing a new car audio system with all the bells & whistles & being helped by another store employee were able schedule free installation & pay for parts on the spot. We were told they'd call us when they got a new tech. Never heard back. NOT worth your time unless your spending lots of cash & buying top of the line. We...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this store to buy some Bluetooth headphones and immediately when I walked in I was greeted by Sam and Alex, then asked if I needed any help anything. I wanted a certain type of Bluetooth headset and I didn't know how to explain it and I didn't have to do any critical thinking because Ondra had it he knew exactly what I wanted. And then I tested out the headphones right there in the store after I bought them ended up not liking them and Ondra ended up getting busy with a couple other customers and I didn't even have to look around for help because immediately I was helped by another employee Zach he helped me switch out the for the new set that I wanted. They know what their talking about when it comes to anything you want whether it be a computer, or a TV, or Bluetooth headset. The employees at this store made me feel VERY welcomed, have a lot of patience, and THE BEST attitudes. That's not even my whole experience there's more to it but the gist is, I recommend going here for any of your needs and I'm definitely satisfied. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointing. The last Best Buy I went to, my charger stopped working so I went in to see if they could use their chargers to make sure that was the problem so I could replace it. They tested it and sent me on my way after confirming the cord was the problem. I have an account with Best Buy and have even done a repair on my laptop with the company before so I wasnāt just walking in as a random new customer. Then I come to this location after a house fire burned my cord. I wanted to get the laptop tested again for power to see if the laptop would even turn on or if it was fried. In which case, I wouldnāt need to buy a cord. They wouldnāt just test with one of their cords and kept trying to sell me a warranty for repairs and told me I could just buy a universal cord online and if it didnāt work I could return the cord. I kept telling the guy I JUST wanted to get it tested and if they couldnāt do that, thank you, have a nice day but he kept pushing the damn warranty. I went down the street to Computronix. They immediately pulled out a universal cord and tested my laptop for me and confirmed it was dead. So nii ok thanks to Best Buy for their customer service, Iāll go with a local shop...
