So I've tried this restaurant 3 times since it has opened.
1st visit was around 3pm on a Saturday. It was slamming busy. I waited about 15 minutes to order and about another 15 minutes to get my food. I enjoyed the food and shake. I had what I felt was a good experience. So I wanted to visit again.
2nd visit was around 4pm on a week day. It wasn't near as busy as my first visit. It took me about 5 minutes to order and I waited 25 minutes for my food before I requested a refund as I felt 25 minutes was too long to wait for a $12 meal. Also, I noted several employees on their cell phones, I couldn't sit as the only table available was occupied by an employee, a manager and an interviewee. The trash dude left the can in front of the door while we was on his phone preventing me from exiting so I had to use the front door.
3rd visit was tonight 10:30, I used the side door and the handle was sticky which also made my hand stocky. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and it was out of paper towels, thank the lord they also had a hand dryer. The dude mopping had ear buds in so when I said excuse me to get by he couldn't hear me. The manager had to shout at him to "watch out", never mentioning that he shouldn't have his ear buds in. I ordered a #1 meal, and my fries were cold so I asked for new ones. About 3 minutes later I get a very HOT fry. I knew they just put them in a microwave as they were now HARD as a rock and it take longer than 3 minutes to make fries. Two of the guys in the kitchen just stood there on their cell phones as I sat and ate my sandwich. The female manager stood at the front gossiping with the employees about other employees.
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR ANYTHING! I ALSO DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE FOR...

Read moreWent for lunch with my father and sister, told cashier that's was it for now, however I'd be back to order togo food 2 shakes and onion rings, she said she could take the order, and put a hold on those 3. Well the 2 shakes were ready before our meals, but remember I needed those to go since I was taking 1 to mom who was in hospital, the onion rings also for. So we all order the same thing. Instead of all three meals getting frys one of the orders had onion rings (which was to be on hold and to go), so we had to take one order back, Explained, the onion rings ( which cost $3.xx), so the guy put the onion rings in a bag, cooked fresh frys for the hamburger meal. By the time we were leaving and arrived at the hospital and got up to mom's room, the onion rings cold, extremely cold, the milk shakes have already started to melt, especially the whipped cream topping. This visit was horrible because I listened to the cashier instead of doing it the way I had planned to. Onion rings wouldn't have been totally cold and we wouldn't have had milk shakes and cream dripping all over the place. It wasn't that hot out side the Sunday after...
