McDonald's — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

To start off I was parked for nearly 30 minutes waiting on food. I didn’t worry about it much because we did order for 5 people. So food finally comes out and the kids are missing stuff in their happy meal, my oldest son is missing bacon on his burger, and my burger was just completely wrong! I have never had issues with this McDonald’s myself so I was just like I’ll just go in and get these things fixed. Went in let the kid know what was wrong he was GREAT (didn’t catch his name). So I’m waiting and waiting and waiting for my food to be fixed. Was at this location for almost a FULL HOUR waiting for my food!!! Asked to speak to a manger because what the heck this is crazy! His name was Chris so I just told him what was going on and it was crazy like I’ve never had this happen before and all he had to say was “um sorry…what do you want me to do about it”!!!!!!!!! EXCUSE ME I want YOU to do better he was to worried about talking to a friend in the lobby! You should consider picking your managers better maybe ones that know how to speak to people! This is my local down the street McDonalds. I have been going here for YEARS. This place has went down the drain bad! I understand being busy but to be so careless and not properly make orders is baffling. Ive kept my mouth shut long enough.

Everytime I go to this establishment at night the food is disgusting and cold. Tonight at about 10 PM I politely asked to have a sandwich remade because they put onions on it when it shouldn't of had any. I tried to wipe as many off as I could but it was overbearing! Get this- they had the audacity to tell me they didn't put any onions on it and that they will not remake it. If you open the wrapper you can obviously see some of the onions I had pulled off. I also ordered a chicken sandwich and I swear that thing was made this morning and just horrible. I asked for fresh fries and got soggy ones. They may have a completely new restaurant, but the food was horrible. I tried their 1/4 Pounder with Cheese & Bacon & my husband tried their Big Mac with Cheese & Bacon. Our bacon wasn't cooked all the way. The burgers were cold & the fries were stale. Their new ordering kiosks were kind of cool, but when I asked an employee who was just standing behind the counter where they usually have cashier's, she told me she couldn't help me because she doesn't know how to use it & then just walked away. It was a very bad visit that I was so looking forward to. Maybe my expectations were too high, idk, but my husband & I couldn't even eat half of our hamburgers. I spent 32.00 on 3 combo meals which seems outrageous. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant with a waitress & a bar for what I paid for the McDonald's bad experience.
