Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Wichita

Braum's food items are must for our sweet treat, So many variations of ice-cream, some flavors have won hearts. I personally love the chocolate flavor, they have different varieties of ice-creams in chocolate flavor. I always check the ingredients, whether they are halal or not,before buying them.Luckily, most of their items have halal ingredients. Their Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate, top of my favorites list.

▫️My new favorite is birthday cake-flavored ice cream.When I first tried this blue-colored ice cream, I was a bit worried, wondering how it would taste! But after trying this one... i absolutely loved it. It tastes like vanilla cake, and just like delicious cake frosting enhances the flavor, the ice cream tasted similarly wonderful. Plus, it had small chunks of cake in it, which made the flavor even richer.

▫️ I liked the chocolate turtle ice cream less. Without any toppings, the ice cream alone didn’t taste very good. The amount of turtle was also very little, and there were some nuts mixed in.

I have been going to Braum’s since 1988! We love Braum’s food. Unfortunately the associates at this store on Rock Road have just about convinced me not to go back. We first started eating Braum’s ice cream in Fort Worth, Texas. We have lived here in Wichita for the last 8 years. There used to be great employees at this store on Rock Road. The ones working there today are flat out rude!! When I went inside this morning, no one said welcome to Braum’s, went to the counter and waited over 2 minutes. Finally the manager came up and I started to give her my order and she put her hand up. She was on the phone. I waited another 2 minutes and then she started taking orders from the drive thru. After over 5 minutes I was able to give my order. No one smiled, thanked me or said have a good day when I left. This is not the Braum’s I grew up with!! So very sad!! There are more Braum’s here in Wichita, I guess I will start going to another one, even if it’s out of my way. I do not recommend the Braum’s...

I have a "love-hate" relationship with this Braums location. They were the first to introduce me to Braums breakfast burritos which are the absolute best! But, this location has sold me some of the best burritos that has kept me coming back for more, and they have sold me the absolute all-time worst burrito of any Braums location that I wouldn't give to the dog; it was one of those pre-made burritos that probably sat around for a couple hours, then I shown up and they took it and placed it in the microwave for God knows how long, because Iordered it to go, and 10 minutes later when I pulled it out of the bag, it was about rock hard and still so hot that I burnt my finger tips; it even melted the condiment packet that was in the bag with it. They also use to make a fantastic Grande Burrito with jalapeno slices, then over time, downsized to jalapeno bits which is sad, but at least it still comes...
