Burger King — Restaurant in Wichita

The people were very friendly but the person at the register took 7-8 minutes (including calling her manager at home) just to enter my bacon cheeseburger correctly because I didn't want a bun, and mustard and pickles on the side. Period. Really a very simple order. All she had to do was turn around and tell the person making it "no bun, mustard and pickles on the side" since she couldn't figure out how to enter it on the computer. It was then slathered with mustard so they remade it - with a LOT of KETCHUP all over it, mustard and pickles on the side. That burger doesn't even come with ketchup but for some reason, she decided to put ketchup on it. I didn't want ketchup, never talked about ketchup. I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me so at that point, I just scraped off as much as I could, and tried to disguise it with BBQ sauce. It was terrible. As far as the "bacon" went, it looked like the thin, microwavable stuff and only had 3 partial pieces on it, equalling one and a half small strips at most. The burger was also very small, maybe 1/6#.

The doors and floors were filthy but the tables were wiped down. I was trying to make this a special time for my granddaughter but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The employees were very sweet to her though. I will never go there again and don't recommend it to others either, unless they get their act together. This was my first time at this location because I was only in the area to watch my granddaughter and wanted to take her on a fun "date," without her three siblings. The only reason I'm giving a 2-star rating instead of 1-star is because the kids meal was ok and the staff...

Will never visit again. This is the worst Burger King I have even been to. Made an order through the Burger King app. When I get to the store I pull up to the drive through to pick up the order I sit there for about 8 min without anyone even saying anything. I say hello anyone there several times finally they ask me to please wait. I wait another 5 min. They ask me if they can help me I tell the employee I had a mobile order. Then they have pull up to the window, only to sit there for over 20min. I finally knock on the drive through window just to get their attention. The guy who answered looks like he just got down vaping or smoking a Cheech and Chong blunt. He acts like he didn't even know I was there. I mean he tells me he didn't even know I came to the drive through. When I remind him he told me come forward he says oh yeah we couldnt hear you. Mind you I've been there at this time over 20mins. They start to hand me some items then he looks at me like why are you still here. They didn't even give me my full order. I'm missing 5 items. 2 drinks 2 shakes and fried cheese sticks. When I ask for a refund they tell me if have make request through the app. I never got my food I ordered nor did I get a refund yet. The way Burger King as whole handles refunds is out right ridiculous. I'm not...

My husband pulled up to drive thru. Several cars in front of us. We ordered , we were told it would be a 10 minute wait, no problem. We were there 45 minutes sitting in drive thru, 1 person in lobby. We finally received our food. My husband ordered Texas burger I ordered whopper Jr. Our burgers were wrong and cold, cheeses not melted, I had bacon on my cheeseburger, which I did not order. The only food correct about our order were the fries. We went back thru drive to get correct food. Not wanting to wait another 45 minutes, I tried the side door and went in. Asked for our money back. Which I did receive but I made the mistake asking if there was a problem withe there grill. The front counter girl went off on me yelling. She was forced to be there Burger King won't shut down they had a power outage and can't close and the ovens are not at temp to cook, she continues with how people should stay home it's storming outside and we should all think about what they are going thru and stay home and cook.. I had no comment. Horrible service, horrible customer service . We should've been told the grill was down....
