Most Ridiculous, Unaccommodating Customer Service! Little Caesar’s is a favorite stop for me and my family, but our last few visits to this location have left us unhappy and not to return again! Our last visit was the last straw. We preordered a pizza (w/special instructions) by phone and were told the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. The intent was for my fiancé to pick the pizza up on his way to work. Providing LC’s with ample time to prepare the order (15-20), he arrived to find no Pizza was ready and the staff claimed they never received the order. He headed into work empty handed and I tried to remedy the situation. I attempted to call back 3x, letting the phone ring approx. 20x with no one picking up. On my last attempt to call the manager picked up (who I had placed the order with) and she recalled the order and him coming in to pick up the pizza and him leaving empty handed. She claimed that they did receive the order, made the pizza and one of her staff sold it to another customer. I asked if they could remake the pizza, so I could come pick it up and deliver to my fiancé at work. When asked if the pizza was going to be complimentary for our troubles (b/c it’s well out of our way and would now require 2 trips) and for their error, she said she could do nothing for us. When incompetence and inconvenience impacts your client base, you’d think a company would want to remedy the situation! No such case with the N. Woodlawn Little Caesar! Overall, the location seems to be poorly-run and disorganized w/customer service severely lacking. We’ve received the wrong pizza, a doughy inedible pizza, and long wait times... and this has just been in the last month or so! Read moreI have only had Little Caesars twice and both times at this location. Both times were the same... the woman ringing people up was sooo rude. The first time I just got a lunch meal and it was cold and not that great. I decided to give it another try, I should have spent my money somewhere else... first of all, none of them wore gloves. It was the same rude af woman. I ordered online and set a pick up time for 11:45, I ordered a deep dish with several toppings and some marina sauce. The total was over $20.00 but I didn't care because I was craving pizza. I specified when I ordered that I wanted it well done.. that's not what I got. I got there at 11:40 and waited for 10 minutes and there were no pizzas in the pizza portal which is where my email said it was going to be. While waiting the rude woman went in the back, but could still be seen and she yells to the other employees asking what this pizza was (a pizza just sitting on the counter) then she started taking it out of the pan and the toppings were falling everywhere and she once again yelled at the employees that all the toppings are falling off. I went to the counter and told the rude woman that the pizza was mine and I am waiting for it.. she gave it to me, it was not hot at all, not sure how long it had been just sitting on the counter, got it back to the office to share with my coworkers and it was not cooked in the middle.......... Read moreVery disappointed with the managers worth ethics. I saw someone else in a review mentioning about an employee yelling at co workers. This is exactly what I witnessed. The staff were all very helpful, and honestly holding the business up ( minus the manager). There's a lobby full of people ordering pizzas, and the manager is cussing out employees RIGHT in front of customers. Mind you I have a young child who has no business hearing that kind of language. I felt so bad for the employees having to put up with that garbage. Then the manager abruptly walks out slamming the door cussing away. Hopefully this issue is going to be addressed with the owners or corporate. I have full intentions of getting ahold of whoever is in charge at the corporate level to notify them of this situation.
