Dog-N-Shake — Restaurant in Wichita

For those of you that aren’t familiar with dog N Shake here in Wichita they’ve been here In Wichita since I believe 1946, that predates me by a number of years. You can find more about them on their site I’m sure.

So let’s talk about why you come to dog N Shake first of all, I have this thing where I never can make up my mind that I want that excellent butter toast a dog or a kind of a unique butter toasted hamburger so I choose the dog and burger combo.

I think it’s number seven never lets me down I always order it just the way they fix it well I don’t normally put onions on A hamburger they just seem to work here..

The butter toasted bun I think is a big feature the crinkle cut fries were hot fresh salted just perfect.

I can’t think of anything I would change here other than maybe the ketchup, it appears they use hunts, I prefer Heinz but that’s a personal preference.

In town for business and decided to stop by this Dog-N-Shake restaurant 10/12/18 around 6:30pm. I have to say this place is one of the most disgusting establishment I have ever come across in my travels around the country. Worse is the attitude and incredibly poor customer service of the female staff who took my order and payment. She basically carried herself in a way to suggest she’d rather be home napping than working. And after my order was taken she proceeded to get on her phone and chat away with someone using language I dare not to repeat here. How she even got hired in the first place is truly baffling, but then again this company must not even have basic hiring standards. If she is the best this company could do then this is a company that will not survive that long. Bad customer service drives away people. This place truly needs some...

Well I had a few long french fries and the rest of them look like end pieces I either got the end of the sack of french fries or they're buying them that way and I was disappointed in that cuz I fry up to hard the Shorties do. And as far as the cheeseburger I've had better it isn't like it used to be I used to love going to dog and Shake but maybe it's just that dog and Shake cuz the one that I always went to is down south and Wichita and they always serve good food so I don't think I'll go to the one at Central and...
