Had the most horrible experience. The day we went to look at bridesmaid dresses, I was told to pick some dresses to try on before going to the dressing room. I did this but by the time I got to the 3rd dress I was told I didnt have anymore to try on. Unfortunately there was another group there trying on dresses also that day and with only one associate there the dresses I picked out to try on was given to others. So went and picked out 2 more to try on and they gave me someone elses dress to try on. I said this wasnt the dress I picked and i was told it was. But when I went right back where I got the dress from and it was already back on the rack. To top off this horrible experience when I went to check out I gave the owner my debit card and then was told it didnt go through and had to run it again. I tried to tell her that it did go through as it had already deducted it from my account. Even showed her where it was already deducted. So i was double charged at first. She argued with me for couple of minutes. I said fine go ahead and run it again but if I get charged for both transactions I will be calling back to get the 2nd charge back. Only good thing out of this experience was that I was credited back the 2nd charge later. I dreaded going vack to get the dress as I jnew that it would be bad again. I was right even though it fidnt directly happen to me it happened to another one of thebridesmaid in my bridal party. Alot of arguing with the owner putting her finger in the other bridesmaid face. Very unprofessional, rude, argumentative owner ever. If you agree with her your fine and won't have any issues but if you don't agree with her then be prepared for...

I was introduced to this gem by a friend last year. It was my daughter’s first homecoming and we had struggled to find that perfect dress she wanted. When we walked into the boutique we were immediately greeted with such enthusiasm to help us. My daughter described what she wanted and they provided it all with the first dress handed to her. So many beautiful dresses in there no way could she have stopped at one, so she had some fun and tried on other pieces “Just in case”. It was THEE best dress experience I could have had with my daughter. (Tears were shed) Patty and her girls made it so memorable so I couldn’t just stop at ONE visit. We go in for everyday wear, and have had 2 more homecomings with the same experience, nothing short of AMAZING. I referred my struggling soon to be bride best friend to just run with me and look at dresses for the picky bridesmaids. We walked in and 30 minutes later had dresses for all the bridesmaids with such different taste and they loved them! I recently went in for an adult prom dress coming up soon, Patty knew what would look beautiful on me and knew exactly what to pull. I fell in love with the first dress handed to me just as my daughter did. This shop without a doubt fully acknowledges and considers every customers wants, needs, and total over all vision and NAILS it every time. Alterations have been beyond expectations and done quickly. I was so excited to go to this place and try on wedding dresses. The lady who helped us was very nice and I was so sure that I had probably found the dress. But when we got to the counter to start asking the questions of when it will arrive, alteration, payment, etc. The manager, who we later found out was the owner, took over that conversation. She realized we spoke Spanish so she was speaking Spanish to us in a very condescending way. She also started to say “this is the biggest bridal shop in Wichita” “no other place will let you roam around and pick your dress they will bring whatever dress they want to you and you won’t have a choice”. I told the lady well this is the first shop we have been to, we will look at more options and we will come back if it is the one, then the other nice lady asked her if she should take my measurements and the owner said “no don’t waste your time” in-front of me, a customer. This whole conversation was so disrespectful. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve bought that dress. Went in this shop with hopes of finding the dress and left feeling disrespected and diminished. Now I have gone to another shop where they in fact let me roam around and pick dresses so there is no reason why this lady should be spreading lies to try to use them as a threat...
