Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Wichita

I am a big at Dutch Brothers fan and have frequent them all over Colorado before moving here to Wichita, Kansas. This particular location does not embody the friendliness that I have come to know from Dutch Brothers. I like to use the app to order ahead of time and have found that it is useless at this location. I was just informed by the gal at the window that they will not start your order if you order through the app and come through the drive-through until you actually arrive at the drive-through window to pick up your order. I voiced my concern with the point of having an app to be able to order before you come, but yet they will not start your order till you get to the window although I have seen orders be brought out to people in the drive-through line Frequently. She stated that this is a new policy that started this week. She refused to give me the number to her manager at this location and said only corporate would talk to me about my concerns. Ordered ahead in the app, accidentally clicked walk up window pickup instead of drive thru. Waited 10 mins in drive thru for her to actually tell me I had to pull around and walk up to the pick up window to get my drink. So after waiting 10 mins I then had to get my baby out and carry him all around the building to get my drink. Why couldn’t I of gotten it in the drive thru line? I went through the drive through and ask for a fizz drink extra extra sweet. They bring my drink to to the window and I can tell it's not extra sweet. I know this because I have ordered it before and the drink is very dark in color. The girl took it back and then brought it back the same and said he remade it.
