2ND SHIFT IS UNPROFESSIONAL I would recommend to not attend around 6pm. The shift working with supervisor "Stephanie" is HIGHLY unprofessional. My mother went to purchase dinner for our family and they did not get the order correct. She requested a receipt to verify her order and order total, the workers in the window continued to argue with her and instead of offering a receipt they proceeded to have their ENTIRE "team" cuss at her through the window. They then proceeded to give her a receipt that was not her order. She went back to the store ten minutes later after then realizing the food they served was old and looked disgusting. Only 15 minutes after the incident that happened at the window, they locked their lobby doors before closing hours, my mother then had to wait for a customer to leave to get inside of the building so she can address the situation. "Nathaniel" came to the lobby and lied stating that Stephanie left for the night, when she was actually hiding in the back room. The situation escalated, they still refused to fix the order now that it was confirmed there was nasty food served to us, bad service, my mother had incorrect charges on her card & time wasted. She reached out to the police department about the situation, we have filed a police report for theft. This entire team needs to be terminated & I do not recommend visiting this location especially around...
Read moreSince we moved out south in 2013 we have bn visited this store on many occassions in most cases this location was ok. Usually we just take out. When we got home and started dishing out the food. Tell you the truth not only did they get our order wrong, The one order was supposed to be a Breast & leg. In place of the leg, was a tiny little wing, it was so over cooked our puppy wouldn't even eat it. I had to ask my wife again. Did we go to popeye's by mistake.anyway to shorten this up. We called the store ask for the manager, she was polite she offered to have us come in and replace the meals. We declined because this had been the 3rd time in the last 60 days or so that something was amiss with the orders. What some business's sometime dont' take into account the gas & Time to return Items. We advised the store manager we would not be patronizing this store any longer. I'm not trying to be mean when I say it looked like a wing from a small pidgeon or baby qual. I took a couple of pictures. I just can't figure out how it ever got that far in the processing. Read moreWent through the drive thru today(3rd time at this restaurant) and ordered 3 Chicken Littles honey BBQ. Once I got on my way I took out one of the sandwiches to eat while on my way to work, upon eating it I noticed the bread was stale and hard and the chicken had a tiny dab of sauce at the end of the sandwich. From previous experience I never ran into that problem before so I just wrote it off as an honest mistake, but the other 2 sandwiches where exactly the same😑.
I don't see why the employees couldn't take the time to make sure the food was good before giving it to me considering there was no line and I could have easily waited a couple mins for the food. Not even sure why they are serving stale bread to their customers when anyone working in a restaurant couldn't easily tell the bread wasn't good upon puting the sandwich together. Also how is puting a tiny bit of sauce at the end of the sandwich acceptable? If I wasn't on my way to work and needing to eat something I would've brought the food back and asked for a refund.
