The service is atrocious! We went there 3 night ago and were one of 4 groups in the entire place yet our water was never refilled. The resteraunt closed at 9:30 and at 9pm I tried to order to go but was told the kitchen was closed? We then tried too get dessert, a Mexican banana split and again they couldn't make it because kitchen was closed. As we're leaving the waitress runs up to us to inform us the cook could possibly use the warm oil to make the desert....no thanks....
Went back tonight because the food was okay and we really wanted that banana split. After another terrible job by our waitress during dinner we order the banana split and churros. A woman approached us....Madison.... and said they are so very sorry but they are changing the menus and they no longer have the churros. My sister says that's fine we'll just the the banana split. Madison says "I told you we're changing the menu, i will list off what you can order " i told her they had the banana split 2 nights ago and she told me with they snottiest look on her face and with an attitude "we run out of bananas and I'm bout going all the way back to the kitchen to see if we've run out."
We were then given a couple dollar discount for the terrible and rude service. We will never be back and I will never...
Read moreThis was probably my worst sit-down restaurant experience of all time. Aside from the smell of the building as you walk in smelling like an old-folks home cafeteria, and aside from the bland food (the salsa they brought out tasted more like spaghetti sauce than salsa), the staff was very rude. When I had my plate taken away due to ill seasoning, all my waitress could muster was an "oh". Afterwards the manager confronted me about why I didn't like the food I had ordered, I told him I didn't like it. That there was no seasoning in the food at all. Or at least it didn't seem like there was any. His response to this was that it was /my/ problem. That I was the only one that thought so, and that I was wrong because people still come in and order his food.
While this might be the case, as we do all have different tastes and opinions, I also believe that it is the job of the staff in a restaurant to make sure its customers have an enjoyable experience in their establishments, in hopes of repeat customers and to gain new ones.
As it is, I will not be returning to this place any time soon. The chicken salad that I had to replace my other food was passable as a McDonalds meal, but sure did not make up for the way this customer was treated at...
