So I place my order online for delivery in about 10 minutes later I got a call saying my order could not be delivered to my area after 5:30 p.m. I then went to the store to pick up my food I stood inside the restaurant for 20 minutes. The guy, who clearly looked at everybody as they were walking in did not try to take us in any order of what we arrived. I counted at least 6 people working in the restaurant excluding Delivery men and women. So after already being frustrated that I had to come pick up my order and being told that I was going to get a 10% discount and me having to ask for my delivery charge to be refunded I had to wait in this restaurant for 20 minutes. When I got my Cinnabons they were so dry and overcooked from sitting in that heater that they put our pizzas in. He gave me extra Cinnabons to try to make up for me having to wait for so long, also drier than the Sahara desert. I am not a person that goes looking for free things I ordered what I wanted to have and I expected my order to be correct and fresh. People were already coming back saying that their orders were wrong and I hadn't even received my food yet so when I did get my food of course I looked at it to make sure everything was right that's how I knew that the Cinnabons were overdone and dry it out. So I stood there silently while they help the next customer... mind you they have the slowest, most inefficient- that does not have very good customer service person working the register. And then the dude looks at me and asks me what's problem. I probably would have reacted differently if his tone was different and even his choice of words. After some words were exchanged and me asking for a refund they ended up refunding me my whole order when all I wanted was a refund for my Cinnabons. I understand that yesterday was the 1st of January and that they were a little bit slammed but you don't take that out on your customers that are giving you their money. I will definitely not be utilizing this location ever again. This wasn't the first time that they screwed up my order but it's definitely the last time that I'll give them the chance to mess something else up. Also.. there were about 15 ppl packed into this tight space. A good thing to do would have been to ask who had already placed their orders and who had already paid oh, this would have got some of the people out of the area especially since everybody wasn't wearing masks. They never said anything about that either, and I'm pretty sure they were at capacity. Read moreI placed an online order for my office at 9:18am with a delivery set for 11am. I missed a call from the store at 10am. I tried to call them back multiple times with no success and my longest hold time was 30+ minutes and ended when I walked into the store at 11:40am. The employees told me they had a screen full of orders they hadn't made, including mine. I asked for a refund and they said the only person who could help me was out back crying and refusing to come in and help. I asked for a manager or corporate number and they said they didn't know, it must be on a piece of paper here somewhere, but only the girl out back knew for sure. After 15 mins, the girl out back came in. They said they did a refund but I won't be able to verify for a few days and they gave me the corporate number which recommended a website. When I finally got through to a line it said the line wasn't open until 1pm. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Most definitely won't be returning for a repeat and they have lost the business of my office as well. Update: I spoke with Corporate and they were very helpful and apologetic. Assuring me they were processing my refund. They let me know I would receive a call from management in 24-48 hours Update 2: got a call. I missed the call and dialed back immediately. When the phone was answered I stated my name and that I just missed a call. The person loudly stated " the only receipt I have says the order was refunded" I said okay. Read moreOrdered online got here early While waiting on the pizza, we watched one employee sit in back where the pizza comes out of oven eating pizza came out and he goes right over to the pizza to get it never washing his hands after eating chips I believe what he was eating then he picks something up and eats it while he's in middle of cutting the pizza so gross. Other employees come in where the online orders come in, and he was standing there trying to pull hair out of his ear, or he was digging in his ear, never washed his hands other guy boxed pizza upbut decided to carry it to the other room with top up to argue with the girl hat prepared the that it dosent have extra cheese she said it did. Then, the same guy was sitting and waiting for another order to be done. He decided to play with his hat once pizza came out he was goofing off, so it sat there for a while before he went to get it out of the oven and cut it once again, not washing his hands. The doors & the cooler doors we're so nasty as well as the floor. I will never return to this pizza hut again.
