My boyfriend and I come to this subway almost weekly. Never even seen this young woman before. Called back to speak to them on the phone about how they messed up our order. She answered the phone giving me attitude, immediately. She was extremely slow paced even with a line almost halfway to the door (which I’ve never seen in this subway before, props to the cool manager and his workers who are competent and work with a pep in their step)
On a brighter note, the gentleman who started our sandwiches was awesome, always is. We enjoy coming to this location just on good attitudes alone, idk who hired this new gal, but I think that she needs to be coached just based on attitude alone, and on basic customer service, because she ain’t doing well. Also, when asking for napkins by the end of our visit, we were handed two whole napkins. Not really happy, to be honest.

Read moreI walked in to order and some random guy walked in behind me to get a water and the girl at the line started yelling at the guy getting water. He walks up to me joking around and says “it’s because I’m black” then walks out. The girl at the line then goes to the back and grabs another girl and starts blaming me really loud saying she’s uncomfortable to serve me when I’ve just been patiently waiting for her to serve me when she didn’t even try to start serving me the whole time. Read moreThis store is BAD! For the missing online orders they ask people to go back to store to get it when they can simply REFUND the missing item. Now think about it, if I could drive and had a car or the mobility why would I make an online order?! Asking customers to make a trip when they cannot instead of refunding (especially after the employee confirmed that they forgot to put in that item) is unhelpful. This is the 3rd time this has occurred in a span of 2 years. I seldom order from this store due to this reason.
