Ordered multiple sandwiches, had the names on the website so we could tell the difference, staff couldnt be bothered to write anything on the subs.
Ordered extra oil on one sub, they then drenched the sub in so much oil the bread was saturated and soggy. The paper had oil pooled on the bottom of it when you remove the sub.
What irritated me the most was the delivery guy. He couldnt even be bothered to open his mouth when he spoke. He mumbled "nedda sign dis" and handed me a torn receipt. I signed and he said something unintelligible and shuffled away.
I will probably order again, only because i know jimmy johns doesnt condone this kind of amateur behavior, but i will try my best to avoid this particilar store.

Read moreThis was my first time really getting Jimmy Johns. I was very disappointed with the sandwich. The bread was hard as a rock, and obviously not fresh. The ham was nasty, and the sandwich was way overpriced. I took the sandwich back, after taking one bite and nearly breaking a tooth.. not exaggerating. The manager told me to bring it back, because they were busy, and they pretty much ran out of fresh bread and was using older bread. When I arrived back, the employee had an attitude and told me it would be at least 7-10 business days before I saw a refund. I then said never mind, and drove off and called the manager once again.
