I love Meddy’s and the food is good every time so for me to even give this not so good review is something I would not do any other time. Each time I order the rice bowl chicken, adding lamb they charge a different price. Paying extra is not so much the issue but be consistent in what you will charge at each location. Also the portion for the “extra” lamb is literally only a few strips. At the Harry location I was charged $9.99 the standard bowl price, $2 (add chicken) and an additional $5 for extra lamb. At the Greenwich location one time it was $12 and some change and today was $17 and some change. The guy that took my order over the phone placed my order and it would have been about $12 and some change. So the lady that rung me up when I went inside, charged me the $12 and some change plus another bowl, then she lets me know the guy who took my order over the phone rang my order in wrong. So then she did a refund for the bowl ($9.99 plus $200 for chicken) all to do a new transaction of $17 and some change. All of this for $5 additional dollars? Honestly, she should have informed the guy of his “mistake” at a later time and not go out of her way for the $5 additional dollars considering it’s never consistent when I order this. See the picture below it’s isn’t worth $7 additional dollars essentially for lamb even if lamb is an higher priced meat.

4/26/23 Update: had to edit this as I cannot post a new review. Again, I love Meddys but have got to get some consistency!!! The portion that you receive and much you are charged depends on the cook in the kitchen and who is taking the order it seems. I ordered the Meddys rice bowl with chicken and a SIDE of lamb. The portion that my family received for their chicken bowl was reasonable and expected. However my bowl looked like a half and half. Paying full price for a chicken bowl I should receive the FULL amount of chicken AND the FULL portion size of a side of lamb. It is almost like I’m going to have to start spelling it out to say, I want an order of lamb period, THEN a rice bowl with chicken. The new pictures added will show the chicken bowl and then my bowl with the chicken to the left and the 4 little strips of lamb to the right. I don’t mind paying but don’t get...
