Been holding off on this review all because I don’t know how to spell her name, but I feel like it should still be addressed. I come here for breakfast and lunch literally everyday as I only work 4 minutes away from this location. Most people know me by my name at west location and east. So on the 10th of December,2024 just 3 days ago I had an early lunch so I decided to order breakfast as when I pulled up it was 10:25 I pull behind a car that was scanning the bar code. The vehicle in front of me has some room to pull up but didn’t as my time was running out to scan the bar code as breakfast ends at 10:30. When vehicle in front of me pulled up I pull up as it was turning 10:30 I tried to scan the barcode then it just disappears saying breakfast ended at 10:30. So I call the lady over as she was helping in other lane explain to her then she told me they can see on cameras that I was here so they will waive it at window. So when I get to window they told me total I said to the blonde hair lady back there said you guys would wave it. I explain the situation and I said “I believe it might have charged my card as it said pending in my account. “I show her then The blonde hair lady starts arguing with me telling me I need to pay if I want the food. I said I’m happy to pay but I don’t have my card on me that’s why I use the app as it already has my card attached. I told her I could order another meal for same price.” She starts to have an attitude tells me they can’t do that. As my food is just sitting there getting cold. Another lady walks up asked her what’s wrong. blonde hair lady(Alaina) how ever you spell her name that claims to be manager whispers to her. I spoke out and explained again to other lady she said she could help me. She then guides me on transferring money through app to my balance on my phone, Then it pays for my food. The nice lady hands my food to me then I leave. I got to work it was really cold bread was already cold and hard and my dr. Pepper was watered down. So not only did my experience that morning went totally wrong I didn’t even get to eat the food that I paid for. As a general manager I would have never argue with my customers as she did. Now when I go through drive thru I feel uncomfortable because I sure do not want her handling my food again or let her bad attitude ruin my day. Can someone please reach out to me about this. Read moreI normaly love Chick-Fil-A but this was the absolute worst, and almost laughable experience I have ever had. I usally go to the one on Central but I just happed to be over on Greenwich. I went through the drive thru when I realized I was in a Mobile Order line on the left. I had no idea until it was too late and could not move over to the right. I rolled down my window and tried to flag one of the 3 employees outside. They ignored me. So I crept up slowly. When I could finally merge to the right and was the last car in the drive, I stopped and rolled down my window and waved to the two young ladies leaning on a pole. Nothing. Waved to the youngman staring off into space nothing. It was a miracle but I happen to be the ONLY car in the entire drive thru at that moment. When I fianally got thier attention the kids refused to take my order! All three told me to wait in line behind the ppl who already ordered go through the rest of the drive thru and pull around a second time. Said it was Store Policy. I understand store policies but three kids who were not helping any other customers should have been able to put a couple of independant thoughts together and not lost a customer over a...
Read moreWent here twice in a week. First time was drive thru. It wasn't busy. I asked for no pickles & got them anyway. No biggie. Went back through the drive thru & got it corrected. Went back a few days later. It was somewhat busy, we went inside. Employees are so flustered & you can tell they're not use to being busy. They'll get the hang of it. But it took 25 mins to get our food inside. Other people that came in after us was getting their food. They didn't give us a table tent either. Finally had to go back up & ask for our food. They forgot about us. We had to change it to a to go order. Got our food & we walked out & drove off. Not only did they forget about us, I think they found our forgotten food in the back. Our food was cold. We didn't have time to go back. Called & no answer. Oh well I guess. Decided to try again. Drive thru employees was too busy playing in the drive thru to take my order.
