I went and tried Paris Bahn Mi today for lunch and I went in with high hopes. I really like pho and was craving a Vietnamese coffee and this place is new. I went with my 2 teenage daughters who also wanted boba. At our usual place 3 bowls of pho and 3 special drinks would typically be like $55, so price was what I noticed first. $14 per bowl, and $7 per drink. So I thought hey, maybe it’s really good. After food plus the lowest tip recommendation on the screen of 18% (for them to just bring the food to the table) it came out to like $82.

A few minutes after we order and seat outselves the lady comes over and says “we just ran out of pho, would you like something else? Or we can just refund your money.” She then recommends their glass noodle dish and told me if I want that I’d “just have to pay the difference”. At this point my daughter said “let’s just go somewhere else”. So I said “we’ll just take our drinks”.

She then comes back a few minutes later and says “we do have pho, it’ll just be like 10 minutes if you want to wait for it.” Okay fine, I’ll wait. Finally get our drinks. They were delicious. Pho comes out….. and it is… fine. Noodles were a little mushy. But over all, it was fine.

Definitely should have just stuck to my usual spot. What a weird experience. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because the drinks...

I'm always looking for a quality Banh Mi sandwich, and this was a homeowner!

The restaurant is very spacious with very comfortable seats. It's a counter service ordering system. They have a long display of pastries that I will have to try. The staff were engaged and helpful. The menu is laid out nicely and is easy to navigate.

I ordered 4 Banh MI sandwiches, B1. Special combination, B3. Pork patties, B5. Patio and pork roll, and B6. Patio and jambon.

The sandwich were expertly prepared, and their presentation was very pleasing to the eye. Each sandwich had a different flavor. Some were subtle, some were bold. The bread was perfect, the crust was crunchy and the interior was pillowy. Everything you look for in a good baguette. The sandwiches were excellent.

This was the consensus from everyone that tried them. I highly recommend this place for a high-quality Banh...
