I came in yesterday to order 3 drinks and then wanted to order the fish waffle, cashier told me they didn't have the batter for that and so he asked if I wanted the bubble waffle instead? I said sure since he said it's same price. All customers who ordered after me got all their orders but me. I did however receive my 3 drinks but not my bubble waffle. I asked the cashier how long it was going to take? He said 3 mins. I told him, I have to go back to work. He apologized and said he was training so they couldn't get to it yet. I was really upset. He offered me another boba drink. I was really looking forward for the bubble...
