I purchased a puppy & 6 visit puppy freshness package on May 24, 2024. They did not actually provide grooming services at that time, but I was told that the staff had all been hired, and a grooming class was scheduled for Wed. May 29, 2024. Someone was supposed to call me to let me know when I could schedule my puppy's first grooming visit. They failed to call. I went to the store, and scheduled a grooming appointment in person. At this point, I already had concerns about the validity of the puppy freshness package. I was able to schedule a grooming appointment for just a couple of days away. This gave me a ray of hope that things were going to be okay. However, that ray of hope was SHORT-LIVED. I showed up on time for my puppy's grooming appointment on June 20th. I was greeted by someone at the front desk, and told that the manager was supposed to call me to reschedule the appointment. No reason was given as to why, and the manager NEVER called me. I requested a full refund on the puppy freshness package, and informed them that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I was told that only the General Manager (GM) could issue a refund. I went back the next day, and spoke with the GM. The GM made a few phone calls, and then told me that the Corporate Office would have to mail me a check. The story changed on how long that would take. The refund cannot be done in the store. Over a month passed by, and no check. I reached out again. More broken promises, and still no check. There is a different GM, now. I have spoken with the new GM on various occasions. The new GM promised to reach out to someone in their Corporate Office, and get my refund check sent to the store within a day or two. That didn't happen! I reached out again. On Aug. 9th, the new GM promised to call the Corporate Office, so that, maybe, they could get a check to me that day. Today is Aug. 23rd, and I'M STILL WAITING!!! At what point does it stop being a company telling you what they think you want to hear, AKA: LIP SERVICE, and becomes a company telling you BOLD-FACED LIES? Very untrustworthy and...
Read moreAsk to see pictures of the mother dogs physical and housing conditions before purchasing your puppy!! If they say oh don't worry, our pups come from a local or well known breeder, this is a red flag!! We got our sweet boy from this place and it was immediately sick. I was able to find the vet information where he received his first immunizations and was able to trace our dogs origin to a puppy mill. I thought that just meant it was a breeder who had a lot of dogs. Nope! I learned his mom lives outside in a small cage stacked on other cages. She was an "old" dog at 4 years old, she was nearing the end of her life!! I asked if I could adopt his mom. They would not even let me see her. She just had her last set of pups. My dog was only 9 months old at this time. So she clearly did not have time to recover before being forced to have more. Our dog also has behavior problems. I learned this is from living in a small cage with his mom and she didn't have the energy to correct her puppies as naturally done by dog moms. This place should be ASHAMED of themselves. If I had the resources I would do my best at informing more people of the conditions these puppies are born into. Ever wonder why there are only 2 or 3 pups in a cage? Because far too many of them die before reaching Puppy Dreams. Puppy dreams for you, nightmare for momma dog! Please don't forget to ask for mama dog's exact location, and look...
Read moreJust went into the store to look at a Morkie puppy with my friend. We walked in and there was no greeting, no offer to help us with anything. We were the only customers in the store. When we asked to see one of the puppies we were told that the vet just got in and needed to give all the puppies shots so none of the puppies could come out to play. I asked to book an appointment to visit and was told sometimes within the next hour but not given a specific time. We stayed around hoping we would get to play and even after the puppy was taken out of the kennel and put back by the vet the girl in the store didn't let us see it. She never offered to help us at all and acted annoyed that we were even in the store. I was planning on buying that puppy today but obviously they don't want...
