Subway — Restaurant in Wichita

Ordered online. They didn’t have our sandwiches ready when we arrived and they told us they only had one kind of bread. It’s 5pm on a Thursday and they haven’t made any more bread? The staff was rude and seemed irritated we had five sandwiches. There several people in the store that had been there since we arrived still waiting on their food too and they each only had one sandwich. I never leave reviews but I am fed up. This location is by far one of the worsts. Every time I order from the subway on 21st and Woodlawn it has been messed up. ESPECIALLY if you put an order in online for door dash or pickup. They gave me the wrong type of cheese, it wasn’t toasted, I asked for light sauce and they drowned it, and they added an extra sauce I did even ask for that made it sweet and completely ruined the sandwich for me. This is the last time I order from the Subway app I came at the time my order was supposed to be ready and the sandwich was cold. I asked the lady if she could reheat it a little bit and she just threw it in the microwave for a long time while helping someone else if I wanted to microwave it I would’ve done it myself.
