Wendy's — Restaurant in Wichita

I wish there was a way to rate below 1 star. This is the worst Wendy's we have ever been to. Anyone going through the drive through tonight knows my frustration. I was there for over half an hour. I had to explain twice that I wanted a number 8 with a spicy chicken patty instead of a regular breaded chicken. He kept asking me if I wanted 2 of the number 6 (spicy chicken sandwich) i get to the window to pay and wanted to confirm that the number 8 had spicy chicken. Again he said, so you want 2 spicy chicken meals? I told him for a third time that i just wanted spicy chicken instead of regular breaded chicken on the sandwich. That was the only alteration. Both windows were super slow. I ended up with the right sandwich but with regular plain breaded chicken....and no cheese! Cheese comes with that sandwich! Plus the fries were cold. When I called to explain the situation (which has been a reoccurring issue) I was told by the manager that i can drive back and they would remake it. I suggested that since I had to wait so long and that this has happened the last few times I've been threre that maybe She could issue a gift card or coupons. It's been a long day and i really didn't want to drive all the way back. She was rude and told me i would have to talk to the morning manager. We'll see how that goes. Either way, im done with...

This baconator sandwich was the most disrespectful awful burger I have ate I had more ketchup and mayonnaise then bacon it truly looked like a Dave's double it was clearly three strips of bacon broken into two this is cutting extreme corners the cook was clearly trained to do that so I'm not mad at the cook because his energy was to calm the cook and the cashier was to extremely nice almost creepy nice both was very respectful the cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu, it don't add up I truthfully blame management for training that cook to do that they smile and said enjoy your meal so it's odd to be that nice and give that God awful burger that don't add up to me clearly the higher-ups management train him to cut the corner like that I will personally give them 5 stars but that baconator -50 I blame the higher ups because they had to train that young man that way he held the open for me and my son to come from him dumping the trash I seen him come because he let me and my son in wash his hands and put on the plastic gloves to fix the food he did everything right just that burger was made awfully because it was not...

So GROSS!!! Cashier (Peggy is the name I believe) continuously coughed, all over the cash register, counter in front of me and on me because I felt it on my arm, right into the air, right in front of me, with out so much as covering her wide, open dirty, disgusting mouth! She would wipe the flem that would come out of her mouth on the back of her bare skin hand - all the while typing on the keyboard and talking nonstop about her personal life issues that No one asked about. Cough, Cough, Cough. Where is the manager or person in charge letting this go on and on? Isn't it a thing to be Serv Safe Certified or have at least some knowledge of flying germs from an open, uncovered coughing mouth? I drew up the courage to ask her if she had any face masks, and alerted her to the fact that it might be a good idea to wear one. "No" she blurted out. "Don't need one. This is just allergies. I'm fine." So, then I ask her if she is going to be touching any part of my food, in any capacity, before I am handed it over? "No" again blurting out loud, "I just cashier." My God, we just survived a pandemic! Buy at your own...
