Vesuvio's — Restaurant in Wilkes-Barre

We have recently come here late at night twice and the kitchen was closed. The bar was open one of those times but not the other. According to their website, the kitchen hours have changed drastically. I have attempted to change them here but since the bar is supposed to still stay open until 2 am, I am not sure if the hours will stay changed. I added a screenshot from their website.

2nd edit: we recently moved back to the area after a year away. COVID restrictions have been lifted most everywhere. They don't wear masks any longer. The food is still amazing.

Edit: we are so lucky that they are near. Consistently great pizza and wings. They always wear masks, although not all of the delivery people do. During the pandemic, it was a little scary to go in because once outdoor seating was allowed, they had a packed outside area with absolutely nobody wearing a mask. Since you have to walk by this area to enter .. Well that was a lot of unmasked people in one space, outdoors or not, for our safety. That have since covered that area but no indoor dining allowed again for a while.

I had reluctantly gotten a cancelation order from here and I was headed home after this order anyway I had no luck in finding someone in need of food no homeless were present so I took the order. I was blown away a pepperoni and bacon pizza as well as another item that is escaping me, I definitely have nothing but good things to say I have yet to have a visit of my own but that order cancelation was the closest I may get. They are open late and have a small club scene seems to be popular with the local uni goers and, an even smaller parking "lot" there is plenty of on street parking and I believe some people use a parking lot just before the business on the right side of it when the businesses that use the parking lot are closed and after business hours. They have pickup and delivery they have drinks also I will update this post if and when I do get to go back at my own leisure. I'm not really sure what happened at this location, but it's gone from one of our absolute favorites (order at least once a week) to just totally downhill over the past few months. The last several times everything has been a mess from placing an order to picking it up to the quality of food. Out of the last 5 times we've ordered, everything from the fryer has been terribly overdone. They don't put any salt on their french fries at all, which isn't a real big deal, if they were cooked okay, but they've been like cardboard disguised as curly, waffle, and jersey fries. We paid $10 for 3 soft pretzel sticks when previously we've always gotten 4. Burger ordered tonight was raw in the middle. The chicken fingers were as though they were fried 3 too many times and were like trying to chew chicken wing bones. I must give them this though-pizza has been on point every time.
