It is true that the prices here are good, but Jeanette has much to learn (and at her age too) about good customer service. I dropped off a sacred pendant back in May to have a custom length silver necklace made to put it on at an odd length (16.5 inches). I am a priest, and the pendant was a gift from a High Priest and cannot be replaced. I have been to the shop several times since then, and she cannot not seem to find my pendant, let alone make the necklace. I called her today to once again inquire about it, and she started screaming at me that I must have taken it back from her and how I need to find it in my house. if it was here, it would still be on the leather strap that i had been wearing it on. I had wanted it on the silver chain so that I could wear it at my wedding back in July. Dropped the necklace off the day we picked up our wedding set from her. What kind of business person operates under the attitude that the customer is wrong and that she has the right to start screaming at a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars in her shop in less than a year. None of the best jewelers I have found out here in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania courteous kind very reasonably priced shows great attention to detail. I gave them a very ancient religious pendant that had broken not only did they fix the pendants. They also replaced two missing stones and we added a chain to it. They had it back to me in less than a week And it is beautiful again and this is an old family antique from Italy that was passed down to me from my great great grandmother. I just Started going here, and I must say that Netty, the Owner is a Very Pleasant Woman, and Very Knowledgable. I like Silver and she has Tons of it. Her Prices are Resonable as Well. I Love the fact that you can do Layaways with No Time Limits as long as you come in Periodically to put down Money towards your Item.
