We stopped in during Ember’s soft opening and were impressed by how polished everything already felt. The restaurant is stylish and comfortable, with a relaxed energy that fits perfectly in Williamsburg’s dining scene.

Up front, I usually look for a few things with restaurants and across the board I really enjoyed going to Ember.
Great evening-time atmosphere, good food, and enjoyable drinks. I should have taken food photos, but we had the Calamari, Miso-soup, Chi-chi sushi roll, Dragon sushi roll and topped it off with Creme Brulee.

I recommend it and feel silly that I didn't take photos of the food. 🤦♀️ Just another reasom to stop back by I suppose....

The scallop and aged parm risotto dish was rich and savory. The miso salted caramel chocolate mousse dessert was decedent yet airy.
