Williamsport Diner — Restaurant in Williamsport

I was excited to try this diner after reading reviews. We love a good diner. Unfortunately we did not find one here. It was small but that’s ok. We ordered the open faced Roast beef and gravy sandwich with fries. Asked for gravy on everything like we do at any other diner. The roast beef was a processed meat so not appealing at all. I couldn’t eat much of it. The fries were the usual you get anywhere. The gravy was fine. There was not enough on the beef or fries. What was unbelievable was that they charged us an extra $1.50 each for the gravy. Had I known I definitely would’ve asked for more. First time I’ve ever had to pay extra for something that was in the name of the dish! I asked about it when I saw the extra charge since I had no clue what it was for. The waitress apologized and that was that. Heard their burgers were good but I’ll never go there again...

I love supporting local small business and this diner made this review easy. The food was absolutely delicious, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Crab Swiss Melt. And if you're a Nutella person.....well how can you go wrong with Nutella French toast!?

I hope this place sticks around for a long time, because sometimes all you need is some good basic diner food. And this place...
