Burlington Bagel Bakery — Restaurant in Williston

My wife and I recently checked out Burlington Bagel Bakery in Williston, VT, which has quickly become one of our favorite breakfast spots. This location is fairly new as it opened up this month; November 2025, and we were excited to see it open so close to us. From their breakfast sandwich menu, I ordered The Catamount, which came with egg, 3-pepper colby jack cheese, avocado, and spinach on a poppy seed bagel. At just $8.00, it was filling, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My wife chose The Mary Jane, made with Vermont cheddar, egg, tomato, and pesto on a poppy seed bagel. Both sandwiches were fantastic, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. To pair with our meal, I had Natalie’s orange juice, which was refreshing and vibrant, while my wife enjoyed a warm, spiced Chai Latte.

The service was excellent - friendly, quick, and attentive. Despite being busy, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured everything was just right. The ambiance inside was cozy and modern, with a relaxed vibe that made it a great place to start our morning. We loved that there’s outdoor seating, giving us the option to enjoy our breakfast in the fresh air, especially on such a nice cool day.

One of the things we’ve grown to love about living up North is the abundance of great bagel shops, and this visit only reinforced that. My wife and I agree that Burlington Bagel Bakery is a gem, and we’re thrilled they’ve opened a location closer to us. We visited the new Burlington Bagel Location at Tafts Corners in Williston at the Location of the old Friendly's Restaurant. Kyle and his team did a fantastic job restoring the space making it bright and inviting.

It was nice seeing familiar faces behind the counter too. Avery, Annika and staff were quick with service and everyone had smiles on their faces in spite of a busy lunch rush.

I ordered my regular Ruben on an Asiago Bagel, my wife ordered the 802 & we also brought home a bag of day old bagels. The sandwiches tastes great, service was fast and friendly.

Some of the best bagels I've had anywhere, including NYC. The texture is so perfect that toasting it is totally unnecessary and the flavor is so good that I could happily eat it plain​. Their cream cheese is delicious but the real winner for me is the Camel's Hump sandwich. I get one nearly every time I'm in the area. Do yourself a favor and get it with the chipotle mayo!
