When I found out Jersey Mike’s had gluten free subs, I knew I had to try them. It had been years since I had a sub since my diagnosis of celiac disease. After, I was hooked and we have been regulars ever since! Jersey Mike’s does an awesome job of teaching their staff allergy protocol and how to safely prepare gluten-free subs for those with allergies or celiac. The staff is attentive, caring, and work tirelessly in their constantly busy atmosphere. Last night we placed a pickup order on door dash (we usually order through JM app, but we had a coupon) and there was no place to write specifically that I needed my sub to be prepared contact-free of gluten. I called, and Jim, their shift lead answered the phone. He said he recognized my name and order from being a regular and knew to prepare it gluten-free for me. He went above and beyond and even threw in a GF snickerdoodle to thank me for being a regular. Usually at restaurants I feel like a burden with food restrictions. Thank you, Jim & Williston Jersey Mike’s for not only giving me back a food that has been taken from me for years, but also for your kindness and seriousness when it comes to safe food preparation for those with restrictions. My boyfriend who picked up the order said Jim was very vocal about ensuring the sub-making process was gluten-free, ensuring a separate space with separate non-contaminated utensils/condiments etc. Jim deserves at LEAST a raise, but should not be limited to: a manager position, CEO position, whatever. he. wants. Everyone: be like Jim....

Very disappointed. Would have given one star but decided to do two only because the employees were very friendly. Have been to Jersey Mike's many times when I lived in another state. Have been to this location three times. Two out of the three times they have messed up my order. The one time they didn't was when we ordered in house and were standing there watching. The first time I ordered ahead they messed up the order a little , they put tomatoes on my sandwich which I didn't order. I hate raw tomatoes, but I took them off ,wasn't the end of the world. Tonight I ordered ahead for my husband and myself. My husband likes his sub very plain an Italian with just lettuce ,mayo. I on the other hand ordered an Italian with lettuce, onion, banana peppers, the oil and vinegar, pepper relish and salt. Ordered at around 8:15 picked up around 8:30. Drove the 25 miles home and I couldn't wait to eat my sub. Get home open them up and get ready to dive in. Once again they messed up the order but this time way worse. They made both subs plain like my husband's. Basically my sub was missing EVERYTHING. Of course at this point they are closed and I am not driving all the way back. But sad to say as much as I have always loved Jersey Mike's I think it's safe to say I won't be giving this location a 4th try. Too bad cause they are the only one in the state, but too expensive to keep paying for sandwiches I didn't...

My wife and I usually get subs weekly, as this place was absolutely incredible, however in the last two weeks the bread was stale, the meat and cheese has been halved in each sandwich - and the vegetable toppings have been halved as well.

Requests ordered through the app have not been honored, no extra pickles, no additional lettuce, etc.

A month ago we couldn't stop talking about this place, to the point we spent over $130 to purchase subs for family that came down from Canada - and they couldn't stop raving.

As of now, 3 orders in a row with subpar products, half the toppings, and a lack of quality, we won't be going back.

Truly a tragedy, but it feels like a bait and switch. Reel you in with quality products and an amazing delivery, then go sub-par to make more money, assuming consumers will just "deal".

We won't be "dealing". The $$ we were spending weekly will have to find a new home.

Really a sad situation for a once incredible sub shop. Wish it was different, but I won't spend my hard earned money on...

Solid sandwich. Expensive ? Yes. Worth it? Depends. I ordered the Original Italian, works. Extra mayo extra red pepper sauce. My only complaint was way too much vinegar which left the sandwich very sour and acidic tasting not to mention a sloppy mess. If you don’t consume it immediately then “Forget About It”. I also feel that the meat was a bit on the skimpy side for a $20.00 sub (see other customer photos) . After reading other reviews, I’m gonna have to agree that the inconsistency seems to be a hallmark of the Jersey Mike’s Williston location. Hit or miss. I’m not trying to rain on anybody’s parade. I think it’s a great company. It does over $8 billion a year of business so can’t be that bad, however considering all the above it’s good but not outstanding.

I ordered through Uber Eats and picked up my food. I didn’t know what to do, so I waited for 5 minutes. There was a sign on the counter that said “Pick up orders,” but I couldn’t see my order. After 5 minutes, one of the staff finally asked me if I was waiting for an order. I said yes, and he grabbed my order behind the counter. So, the whole time it was there. If you order for pickup, make sure you go straight to the counter and check on your order. I ordered #17 Mike’s Famous Philly (Regular size $13.32), a 6-inch sub. It was enough for one person, and there was plenty of meat. It actually tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience. There was limited indoor seating.
