i was delivering an order for DD, and when I asked about the order I was picking up, was rudely told it wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes, in the mean time people came in and ordered and got their food. In the mean time I received a second order, and when I asked about that one, was told to stop back in a little while and they would have it ready. I went to my car with the first order and waited a few minutes then went back in, no one said a word to me for about 15 minutes, then i was asked why I was there, and I reminded them about the order I was waiting for, they then told me that someone had picked the order up. They need to make the delivery orders just as quickly as they make the other orders, and not wait until the delivery person arrives to start the order, they also need to keep better track of the orders, as my second order was most...

We were very exited to go to The Scale Poke bar since we love going to the poke restaurant downtown church street, however we were very disappointed with the experience in the end. It was a very slow day and a very long wait for two poke bowls that we get made in three minutes down town. When we finally did get the bowls after 40 minutes we were not as impressed as the quality of ingredients we were expecting our rice was cold and hard, pineapples were canned, and the avocado seemed like a packaged pulp, and finally the mangos were very over ripe. I have celiac disease and had made last minute plans to view the solar eclipse in Vermont. I was having trouble finding safe gluten free places to eat but was lucky enough to end up staying around the corner from The Scale. The entire team was amazing and super nice about accommodating gluten free safely, and they followed all the appropriate precautions. And it was SO yummy! We ended up going there both nights we were in town.
