About half the staff refuse to scan my Starbucks rewards QR code from the phone. They say that the store can’t do it yet, meanwhile the other half the staff scan the code and I get my points or pay. (JR is always quick about it, no complaints for that guy.) There are even advertisements around the store with QR codes for the Starbucks rewards… I even pointed out the scanner to the staff and asked for them to try and scan, but they did not want to try and scan. Says they are open until 8:00 PM, it’s 7:00 PM and all the lights are out and they are closed. They closed the only drive-through Starbucks in town, from what I understand it was staffing issues.
