If I could rate this a 0 star I would. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service in my life . I ordered a Chocolate Oreo milkshake that wasn’t made correctly. I asked the guy at the window to take it back because I didn’t want it. I was respectful about it, and I didn’t make a big deal about it. He proceeds to raise his voice at me and get upset simply because I said I didn’t want it because it was not made the right way. I proceeded to drive off and he throws the milkshake at the back of my car. When I went inside, I was ignored and not acknowledged. I asked to speak to the manager and she told her what happened and she said she’s not responsible for other peoples action. So you’re telling me that it’s OK for one of your employees to disrespect a customer and throw food at their car. He should immediately have been fired. that’s exactly why they can’t ever keep any employees and they have a high turnover rate. Read moreFrom the time we pulled into the drive thru till getting our food it was the worst. We start by asking for a kids meal and were asked is this all as my wife starts asking for a meal. This continued for the next 3 items that were ordered. As she was adding the final item a total was give bwfore she even finished ordering. Someone else came over the speaker and said please continue that wasnt the original order taker. As we pulled up in a rude voice we were given our total again. It then took 10 minutes for them to give us our food. Mind you the parking lot and drive thru were empty. When we received order food we were then told they added one extra burger and needed it back. Which is fine but if I'm the person behind me not sire I would want it. Read morePulled into the drive through Sunday morning after work to get some breakfast. The loud, obnoxious auto greeting at the speaker sounded off but nobody was at the other end to take my order. I waited over 5 minutes -- still nobody was taking my order.
So I chose to go to McDonald's instead. As I pulled through the drive through at BK and looked inside, my assumptions as to why the service sucked were completely confirmed.
We all know what the problem is with the service at these places. We're just not allowed to say why these days. The people they hire expect to get paid for doing nothing. And when most of them do decide to do anything, the work isn't worth half their wage.
This garbage service wasn't a problem two decades ago. I wonder what changed since then? Teens and young people used to have a decent work ethic. If you ask these people what a work ethic is, they'd probably secure you of...
