Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Willoughby

We had an amazing experience at raising cane’s yesterday when we went. It was my first time ever going to one of their restaurants and I was pleasantly surprised at several things: 1. How beautiful, well decorated and clean the restaurant was! 2. How polite and friendly the personnel treated us. 3. How delicious their food was!!! Those chicken tenders were out of this world! That chicken was extremely juicy, tasty, and it melted at every bite. Their cane’s sauce was pairing perfectly with it making it completely addictive! And their fries and coleslaw were delicious too! The bread was warm, well toasted and melted in your mouth as well! Seriously, I am so upset I haven’t tried raising canes earlier but I am definitely going to be back for more!! What a great...

This place of business doesn’t understand how to get the food that has already been made to its customer. I sat around for 20 minutes waiting for my food, and 3 people who came in after me all got their food prior to me. I go up to the cashiers and I say my name and ask about my order. Turns out the food had been ready the whole time and they forgot about it. I heard one of the employees go “Oh, they’ve been sitting there for a while” and none of the employees thought to maybe check on us to see why we hadn’t gotten our food. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, they gave us no extra sauce or extra toast like I had asked, and when I went back in to get it, they tried to charge me for all of it again. I'd highly recommend coming during the night shift, as it's a complete 180 degree difference from the day shift.

Foe starters, the buns have been completely drowned in sauce so much so that it's taken away from what little crispness the buns had. The chicken was borderline undercooked when I specifically asked for it be be fried a bit extra, and the fries are pretty much raw. Not to mention the slime ridden, wilted lettuce.

I didn't notice this until I'd already gotten home, and pretty much had to refry the chicken and fries myself, and replace the buns with my own. 20 dollars just to come home and put the food together myself? Disgraceful.
