Starbucks consistently delivers an exceptional experience, whether I’m stopping in for my daily caffeine fix or looking for a quiet place to work or relax. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a clean, modern layout that makes it easy to settle in. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and quick to learn your name and favorite order, which adds a nice personal touch to every visit.
Their drink selection is unbeatable—from rich, bold coffees and creamy lattes to refreshing teas and creative seasonal specials. My go-to is the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, and it’s consistently made to perfection. I also appreciate the range of dairy-free milk options, which makes it easy for people with dietary preferences to enjoy their favorites without compromise.
Beyond the drinks, the food menu is solid. The protein boxes are great for a quick lunch, and the bakery items, especially the pumpkin loaf and croissants, are fresh and satisfying. I also love how Starbucks integrates technology with their app, making it super convenient to order ahead, earn rewards, and even get free drinks.
Overall, Starbucks goes beyond just coffee—it’s a reliable, friendly, and comfortable place that fits seamlessly into everyday life. Whether you’re working, meeting with a friend, or simply treating yourself, it’s always a...
Read moreI dined in today and had a frustrating experience that I think needs addressing. While I was speaking to my cashier, Rocky, about whether my iced shaken espresso could be decaf, he seemed unsure, so he turned to Morgan for help. Unfortunately, Morgan replied, “I have too many food orders, ask someone else,” and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable!
Rocky then approached a barista named Coda, who also brushed him off by saying, “I don’t know, I’m busy.” It was clear that Rocky is a newer employee trying his best, but the lack of support around him made my visit challenging.
To add to the disappointment, both of my drinks came out completely wrong. I asked for extra hazelnut in one drink and for strawberry purée to be lined in the cup for the other—neither was done. As Rocky took my order, he paused frequently, clearly trying to navigate the register and look for the right buttons.
It’s disheartening to see a team not supporting each other. My order could have been correct if there had been a little camaraderie and guidance among the staff. It feels like many employees are in a “just doing my job and going home” mindset, which doesn’t foster a positive working environment or enhance customer service.
I believe that a bit of teamwork and mutual support can make a huge difference, both for new employees and for customers. I hope to see...
