Subway — Restaurant in Willoughby

We went in for lunch and the staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked in, then while choosing to create my Artisian flat bread "wrap", I took notice of how all containers where the food was, was sealed. Each item I ordered was literally just made that morning and very fresh looking. I had ordered a 6" Artisian Flatbread "wrap" with Tuna, Provolone Cheese, Cucumbers, and a drizzle of Light Mayonnaise. My husband had ordered a 12" Italian Herb and Cheese bread with "Baja Chicken" (as it was named.....chicken with green peppers, purple onions, it also had a slight bit of 'coated onions' that were crunchy, and provolone cheese), which he had toasted.

Also ordered were a couple of new items they have come out with; a foot long pretzel dipper (which is toasted) with cheese dip and a chicken with provolone cheese foot long dipper (toasted). These 2 items are thin and quite filling, as well as tasty.

I got a Lipton Peach Iced Tea, and he got a Bargs Rootbeer. For all of this, the total was $32.61, including tax.

Kind employees that actually put care into making your sandwich!! My sub is always really good. If you like Turkey it’s $9.98 for a foot long sub, which is affordable for a big foot long compared to other sub spots. I’m disappointed they don’t take coupons anymore and there is signs posted all over the restaurant that they are no longer accepting coupons. This location used to take coupons only three or four months ago if that, so they must recently have ended coupons. I’m not surprised tho bc most subways stopped taking coupons, unless you place it thru the app which I don’t like doing cuz I wanna see the amount of topping added. Went to this superb restaurant. Placed in the order for the meatball sub, and when the order was given, staff was very reasonable with us. Staff understood our order and was hard-working too. Service here's very fast, and the staff wasted no time at all making our food. So much excellent service. When the order was done, we had two cups to pour in the lemonade, and let me say: the lemonade here is excellent. When you have a very good professional staff with wonderful professional behavior, that accounts for very nice, friendly customer service. Nothing but 5 stars from me, from here on out.
