This place is an absolute sham. Ordered two pastas to go. Over $44.. they are TINY. I'm 5'1" and my hand was GIGANTIC in comparison to the container (think child's size container.. see attached photo). You do, however, get a bag of stale bread with it. The marinara AND alfredo sauces were both beyond bland, the noodles overcooked. My partner and I both paid extra for a meatball and Italian sausage (they put it in the same container which was weird, but whatever. Save on plastic.. still kinda odd). $4.50 for ONE meatball? And the sausage was somehow ice cold. What a waste. Olive garden is MUCH better, and that place is garbage. Yikes.

Came in for 2 tiramisu slices to go. Drove 5 minutes home, took them out to eat, liquid was everywhere and the texture was like baby food. Do not recommend, especially for $15 dollar for 2 slices. Called to complain, as was told by a rude manager that I was wrong, and that this is normal, and no solution was offered, just excuses. Customer service at the store was great, however, I do not recommend the tiramisu.

This is gold!!!! My dad always took me here as a child and all four of my siblings would be so excited when we would bring the self served pasta back, this is HOME!!! Never had a bad experience the male server is so kind never catch his name but believe he cooks the pizza bread too 😋 yum! Always so kind! Everyone I introduced to this place lovesssss it and always ask me where it’s located.

We went to Bernard's recently to meet friends for lunch. This is a self-serve restaurant in a strip mall where you order & pay at the counter. The two of us shared a sandwich , & each got a modest amount of the antipasta salad bar. We ordered 2 different glasses of very average wine. Our bill was $65. The glasses of wine were $13 each. Price wasn't posted, so unfortunately, we didn't ask the price. The food tasted ok, but nothing special. We never received the homemade bread that was supposed to be brought to our table. The place is overpriced for a self-service place with little ambiance. They should at least tell customers the price of the wine so that they have a chance to decide if they want to pay that much. We can't...

Stopped in for the first time with my 2 year old for lunch today. After ordering an extremely expensive half order of penne pasta with butter for her (no kids menu), I added some parmesan cheese which was sitting out on the table top. After loading her dish up with plenty of cheese she happily ate it up. It wasn't until after her second plate that I happened to glance at the container only to realize there was a fly trapped inside. I was so disgusted. I gave it to the server/buser who gave me a new one. I didnt speak to a manager because we left quickly to make it to her afternoon appointment on time. I won't be back. 25 bucks for 1 adult and 1 child only to get fly cheese. I hope she...
