Highly don’t recommend !!! I went in and ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers funeral 6 days in advance. I asked the owner if she could order Dahlias which were my Grandma’s favorite and she told me yes but it would be expensive which I agreed to given this would be my Grandma’s final bouquet.We discussed what I was looking for and She showed me an arrangement with lots of Lillies and explained we could use the dahlias in place of the Lillies. I then specifically asked for NO lillies (she even wrote that on my receipt ) and she agreed. I said please use roses and whatever other stock filler but no Lillies. The flowers showed up on the day of my Grandma’s services and NO DAHLIA’S !!! I called right away and spoke to the owner who explained she couldn’t get the dahlias so filled the arrangement with Lillies. Very upset and in the process of grieving We agreed to handle this when all the services were over and that I would go into the shop to discuss a refund. I then went in and even brought the huge vase it came in so she can reuse it trying to be nice since I’ll never use it again and spoke with the owner who responded with “yeah I should have called but I didn’t” “ the arrangement was still beautiful so you should still be happy “and “ I explained there could be substitutions “ (which she did not nor does it say that on my receipt). She then proceeded to offer me to stop by at a later time to get another bouquet for her. Shockingly I reminded her that she had passed away!! She then insultingly offered me a $40 refund on a order with tax and deliver charges was over $300! A order that was filled with whatever she had on hand even though I paid for 10 Special order flowers. I was so upset and frustrated I took the $40 and walked out! She was very open and approachable, she understood all that I was saying. I appreciate her truly genuine efforts to help me. She came up with a proper solution to this situation. This has been resolved in a fair manner and I am satisfied with the solution. Thank you, Sarah, for your help and understanding!
Very disappointed, will not be coming back. I called in to make an order and told them exactly what i wanted and how I wanted it. The lady I spoke with vas very nice and attentive to what I said, and at the end of the call she even repeated back to me all the requests I made for the bouquet. Now is the bouquet pretty? Sure, but it is not at all what I asked for. First, I asked for a round bouquet, and I got a flat triangle. I also requested specific flowers, white and nude and if they felt like putting in a little color they can do so minimally with pastels. If I said that I wanted SPECIFICALLY white, why are there the LEAST white flowers in the whole bouquet? Why is there purple, pink, orange, and red?? I also said white roses, but I got pink roses. I also asked for a white or a nude colored bow…. And then I got a purple bow? Mind you, I payed $218 for this. Had it been a lesser amount, I would not have been this upset. Honestly, very sad, it’s a gift for my mom and I wanted it to be perfect. If you’re not able to fulfill the request of your customer please communicate that, so they can go elsewhere.    Read moreI went here since my regular florist is closed on Sunday. I was really not impressed with the variety of flowers offered nor the quality of the flowers. This arrangement here costed me $65 and was not worth it. I should have said no thank you but I needed flowers for a gift that day. As you can tell from the photo, the flowers are just arranged randomly and it doesn't make sense. The person who received these flowers had to rearrange it, which should not happen when you go to a florist. That is their job, not the customer's. I would have been better off going to Jewel and doing it myself. Sadly, I was disappointed in this arrangement and wouldn't recommend. The lady was nice but there are way better florists around that aren't just for the money. Also, I didn't receive flower food, which is standard when you purchase flowers. I would look elsewhere when buying flowers unless you like overpaying for subpar results.
