Ordered my food through the app. Whem i got there someone asked me what was the name for the order I was picking up. After telling him he handed a bag over to me. Trusting him I didn't bother to look at the bag myself. Then I get home and its the wrong name and completely wrong order. My app even said order complete. I call them and let them know I'm coming back and there was a mistake. They said they would remake it for me. At this point 30 min have gone by the time the first order was picked up and now when I show up I find someone and let them know i called amd should be picking up an order that was mixed up. She checked the pickup section and tells me oh heres an order for the name u asked for. The stamp on the bag was for 30 min prior. I insisted she went and got the person I talked to on the phone because o was supposed to be picking up fresh food. Instead she tells me to feel the food and see if its still hot. It was barely warm. She says oh it'll be ok your good to go. I said i dont think u understand. I need to talk to the person who told me on the phone that theyd remake my food. By the time i get home itll be cold because its been here for 30 min already and then she says its ok youll be fine. Instead of causing an issue i took the food home. I was right. Cold. Had to microwave it. Are we serious right now.. Its one thing to consistently get messed up orders. Or feel shorted in the amounts given in the orders. But it all adds up over time. I dont think ill ne coming back here.. The other one on ogden isn't any better. Worse if anything. So idk about chipotle in general. Wow can't believe I spent this time typing. I don't normally care. Its the lack of respect or decency to get the person who i talked to on the phone to explain to me why everything went wrong that...

Today I was there and ordered 2 bowls, now mind you yes there was a bit of a wait, but that’s everywhere . That’s not my complaint.. My complaint is , there is a lady making your bowl , a guy with the toppings that was kinda not going as quick as they needed him too. So the cashier which is handling all transactions and touching the cash register and then grabbing the cheese with the same gloves 🧤. I had to stop 🛑 her in her own footsteps . The guys was making my bowls , here she comes to get the line moving just a tad faster and she grabbed one of the bowels , asked what toppings I tell her and think she would change her gloves or wash her hands before doing so , NO!! NO ,No and no. She went and touched the spoons to scoop the topping then here she went with gloves that touched money, she went and got my cheese. I said excuse me, you just were working the register and then you’re touching my food and others food I would assume. Her response was oh! I said can go change your gloves 🧤, so she said ok went and washed her hands , changed gloves but went to the other side where the make the internet orders where she touches again with her contaminated gloves as well. This is a health hazard and I’m reaching out to the health department and I also watched if chicken falls on the counter where they wipe with a rag that who knows how clean that rag is and I can guarantee it wasn’t clean at all and he pushes the chicken back in silver pan so someone with get that with their food. Read moreI haven't been here for a minute and also I used to work at this location but I feel the itch to comment on all these negative reviews since they all seem to point out exactly what our internal problems were at the time I worked there being as late as Jan of 2024. The field leader replacement , Maria has only amplified the restaurant chains issues with ridiculously small meat portions, up charging for any toppings on the side, and menu items controversy. She is an impulsive field leader who brought her crew to this location only to seemingly run it into the ground. Many employees left around the time she replaced the previous Manager (E.L.) due to her impulsive behaviors at the restaurant with her crazy expectations that she evidently couldn't meet herself. She and her new manager Alex would force us crew members to serve ridiculously small portions to customers with meat and cheese instead of making the customers aware of what they should be expecting on their orders for the prices they paid. This store also cuts corners with sanitation procedures, doesn't count down cash registers after every shift (which always means that money was always missing) and their deceptive practices of firing employees for unjust causes has created the low value experience of this chipotle location. If the state health department stepped into this restaurant at any time of the day they will catch violation after violation and would probably be shut down.
