Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wilmington

OH ! Don't go buy the picture,,, remodel is done. STOP HERE, STOP HERE ! Gas is high but it's all over. The Dunkin' part at rear is a bit hard to find(BUT THE BEST). I mean the drive-thru entrance. Sign is low on right to Rt.38 Main St. side. Far side in picture. But it's worth the work to find it. The donuts are five star so is the 'decaf' coffee.(*) the best, the best. I'm stopping today and see if I can get a 'Jug' of decaf for wife at Woodbriar Rehab, she got new knee. Ahh, five more days and she's home. The workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. If you want to get mocked then this is the place for you. My mom said she wanted an Avocado toast with no bacon please at the speaker, and the kind man talking to her said “okay maam” and then this lady jumped to the speaker and screamed in my moms face “NEXT TIME YOU DONT SAY NO BACON YOU JUST SAY YOU WANT AN AVOCADO TOAST” In an extremely rude aggressive LOUD tone. This review is for 321 Main Street. Ever since I started going to this Dunkin during the beginning of the Covid pandemic, the employees and manager have been a delight. Whoever is hiring the staff is doing a terrific job finding the friendliest and most "real" people you'd love to encounter in everyday life. The drinks are made well and quickly. The food is done pretty well (except the croissants are dry). There is often a line of cars at busier times, but staff is so fast you hardly notice. Overall, this place is my go-to Dunks...
