As a type2 diabetic..you have good days and bad days..today was a bad day and it just so happen to be my day off...this morrning I had every intention of enjoying my day and starting it off with a nice long brisk walk in the park..but lacking energy I decided to look to have an energy drink to boost myself...like everyone these days I decided to google search for a location.. I went to one location and of course they were no longer in business another weren't open yet (before 8) .. being from the area I then decided to go to Trolley Square..well I came across Good Vibes Nutrition..25A Trolley Square..I walk in and was met with a greeting by a staff member an a customer..(Nice thats rare these days) the rep was very knowledgeable and pleasant in her assisting me with me explaining my general health at the moment..she made a hydration drink for me an I ordered a low suger smoothie...the 1st drink to my surprise is on the house (WHAT??) ..very nice.( but the bonus was i ordered a combo and both on the house..as i began to drink my 1st drink immediately I notice it wasn't sweet but really good..I finished that one and began to drink my smoothie..again..not sweet but the flavor and taste were really good. The rep was very helpful and gave me some info on the menu history of their product and hours...this is definitely my go to spot now..may I add the prices on drinks are on point also..definitely recommend If your trying to make...

I would love to say, I am very impressed. The first thing I've noticed is how clean it was. Mrs. Linda was very nice and humble explaining, what they offer and how they can help me sort out what I need. At that time, I was unaware of the time and ask for one of their delicious protein smoothies. Not only Mrs. Linda offered me a smoothie, she also offered me a pineapple express tea 😋 on the house. thank you to sarah for being so kind and welcoming! she was patient with me and my questions with it being my first time in. i got the ferrero rocher protein shake and for having 17g of protein, it tastes amazing! she also gave me a sample of their mango aloe water for digestion and skin which was also delicious. come check this...
