THEY ARE SELLING SOFTWARE THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO SELL

I purchased MS Office 2021 in early 2021 from PC SALE ONLINE. My computer literally just died and I replaced it a couple of days. When I went to install the software on my new computer I received a message telling me this key had been used before by to many users.

I thought I purchased a single user copy of Office 2021 but based on the message PC USERS ONLINE ARE SELLING THE SAME NUMBERS OVER AND OVER. THEY ARE RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF AND RIPPING MICROSOFT AS WELL

When I called technical support for a new key they told me I could not have a new key as the install was for one computer only.

I explained that the other computer died and was installing on a new computer. PC SALES ONLINE said the install was for one computer (ie computer specific) and I used the one install on the dead computer. They said I could not use the key again.

I have been ripped off. Who has heard that You only get one install and when you computer dies so does the software.

THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES. SOFTWARE IS NOT MACHINE SPECIFIC. THIS COMPANY IS SELLING SOFTWARE THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO SELL.

10/26/2025: Never heard of this company before. Had an older laptop I upgraded to Windows 10 with an 11 license. Come to find out, I paid too much. 150 vs probably 40 on PC Sales Online. What was left to do was reinstall a version of Microsoft Office. It was going to be 250 dollars for a version that was not on the cloud, and I didn't need all the latest and greatest bells and whistles. I found PC Sales Online and found an Office Pro 2021 License for 40 dollars with a 50 percent rebate if I send a screen shot of this review. I finally was able to download the file from the PC Sales Online webstie, installation went well, and activation didn't initially work, but Microsoft provides a phone number to call with a verification system that made the license activation key work properly. Thanks PC Sales Online! I have another laptop to update soon also and this is a huge money savings website. BEWARE - You cannot tranfer your software to a new computer. I purchased an Office 2021 professional from then in October 2023. Got a new computer for Chirstmas and tried to transfer the software to the new computer. After much angist, I discovered from PC Sales Onlice that it CANNOT be transfered to a new computer even if the old one crashes. They were very clear during the purchase that this was a single computer liscense, but nowhere did they indicate that it could never be transfered (unless it is in the small print somewhere). They know how to remove it from an old computer as that is how they obtain software and can sell it for such a low price, but they are unwilling to share the information. Their only solution was "we will give you a 10% discount on a new liscense"....
