DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES SAFETY!
LOW FOOD SELECTION. DIRTY PLATES. A RUDE SERVER (JERRY). HARASSED AND CHASED OUR CARS. BEGGING FOR MORE MONEY.
There was little to no variety of food and there was no seasoning. JERRY. WORST SERVER EVER! NEEDS TO BE RE-TRAINED OR FIRED. As soon as we were sat at our table he kept buttering up my dad asking for a big tip. We sat in the party room and multiple members of my party said Jerry was constantly walking back and forth the entrance of the room. It got to the point that another server had to pull him to the side and told him to stop hovering but he did not listen. After it came time to tip, my cousin (who is 19-20 yrs old!) who paid in the beginning left a $20 tip and as soon as my cousin signed the receipt JERRY blatantly looked at only the tip and went up to my dad begging for more. We were going to leave cash tip and if you eat out you know that you have the option to leave a cash tip at the end on the table. You would expect JERRY to know this after he said he had several years of experience serving. We would’ve left him over $50 in cash PLUS the $20 card tip. My cousin had to resign a reprint receipt and when JERRY was explaining why he said “AND CAN YOU ADD MORE TIP”. My cousin said “we will discuss as a party” and even after hearing that, he stayed begging everyone for another 5 minutes. MIND YOU! JERRY WAS HARASSING YOUNG ADULTS WHOM FRESHLY TURNED 19-20 YEARS OLD! AND WE ALSO HAD MANY MINORS WITH US. I as the more grown adult stepped in and asked him to explain the problem to me. My party paid for 17 people and the total was $270 but there was actually only 16 people and we received a refund of $16 so the actual total is $254. JERRY explained that the total on the receipt only printed off as $270 because that was how it was marked in the system which I fully understood but I asked if I tipped $20 and wrote $290 as the total then would I be charged a $40 tip. JERRY kept disrupting my question before I even finished and after I let him speak! But dismissed my question several times. He wasn’t answering my questions and didn’t hear me out so I asked for a manager. I understand if there was a language barrier but we as a party gave him several chances to explain the problem but clearly there wasn’t a language barrier when it came down to BEGGING FOR TIPS EVER SINCE WE WERE SAT AT THE TABLE. I asked for the manager again and it got to the point I had to yell at him to get the manager and slammed my hand on the table to stop him from talking. I understand it was inappropriate to do that but after all this frustration and begging for more money and dry food, AND HARASSING MINORS, anyone would understand our frustration. I COULDNT EVEN TALK to the manager! JERRY disrupted me in the middle of my question and conversation with the manager. WHY WOULD THE MANAGER LET JERRY BACK INTO THE ROOM IF MY PARTY HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM. The manager said to not worry about the $270 total and wrote over it himself and put the correct total which was what we did on the original receipt. I resolved the issue by dismissing the both of them. So instead of tipping $20 on card on the receipt I wrote “CASH” and we tipped $20 cash. AT LEAST WE STILL LEFT SOMETHING. We’ve seen and have had multiple scams before where the server would change the tip. Hence why I wrote cash on the receipt. After this whole fiasco we all immediately left. JERRY followed us out a minute later and went to harass the same cousin who paid. AGAIN, MY COUSINS ARE FRESHLY 19-20 AND THIS IS A GROWN 35-40 YEAR OLD MAN BANGING ON THEIR CAR WHICH HAD MINORS IN IT. WHO CHASES PEOPLE TO CUSTOMERS CARS FOR MORE TIP?! YOU GET WHAT YOU GET! IF YOURE NOT HAPPY WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE! It was poor service overall. My whole party started driving away for our safety but he still followed us in the lot. After another several minutes I had to pull out my pepper spray. That is when JERRY decided to leave my party and I alone. Look at the other reviews with photos to see...
Read moredefinitely not a buffet i'd recommend at all. we came and paid for a party of 17 (which charged somewhere around $270) , but actually had 16 and didn't realize we miscounted so we got a refund for one person. this basically brought the actual price for the party to be around $250. the waiter was constantly wavering around the two tables we were seated at and just made everyone a bit uncomfortable. we couldn't go more than 3-5 minutes without getting interrupted and couldn't even have full conversations. don't get me wrong, I understand giving full attention to your table and checking up on a party, but to do it every second can be pretty overboard. by the time it came to sign the receipt at the end and give a tip, we were given the first receipt that originally charged $270. people were still eating and the waiter kept coming back and forth to check if we had signed the receipt and to see if it was ready to take so we just felt pretty rushed with that. we had put down a $20 tip for the card that was originally paid with and we were going to add on to the tip with more cash on top of it once we were ready to head out. when we handed the receipt back to the waiter, he looked at it and gave us a really rude look. we hadn't gotten cash out yet to set on the table because not everyone was yet done eating and ready to go. the waiter proceeded to then walk over to the other table and "joked" around with them saying "you guys give me more tip right?" and kinda laughed it off. keep in mind, the person who paid for everyone was just paying for the whole thing so no one else had to worry about the bill, so no one really knew what the plan for tipping was. the waiter kept hopping around the other table with the rest of our party joking around and walked out the room we were seated in. he ended up coming back afterwards and brought the receipt back basically saying that he needs more in tips and was just being super adamant about it. he kept trying to explain the pricing on the receipt and how to sign it and change the price and everything and the manager ended up getting involved. at this point, the waiter has already talked to about five people from our party asking for more money. he wasn't aware that we were going to leave more cash at the table at the end, but there was no point in doing that. he was just very ungrateful for anything and at the end, we got a new receipt with the right amount we basically paid for ($250) from the manager and we were left with that receipt as the final receipt they'll accept. we ended up just doing cash as tip at the end, definitely less than what we had originally intended to do. the service and experience was just horrible, as well as the food and everything was all just tossed into one another and mixed around. the cantaloupe was slowly rotting away and had that overripe smell to it, while all the other fruits were definitely not as ripe nor serveable. when we left the cash tip on the table, we walked out and went to our cars. while pulling up an address onto the map, we saw him walk out of the buffet and looked around. we had parked pretty much Infront of the place and he saw us and walked over to our car. he tapped on the windows of the car pretty angrily and kept asking about the tip. we were worried he was going to start banging on the door, so we drove off and so did the rest of our party in their cars. he then went to another car from our party and started tugging on their doors and tapping on their windows to talk about the tip. he ended up leaving after one of them had yelled at him to back off since he was getting pretty aggressive. i'd say for people to listen to all the bad reviews on this place, please don't go just for your own satisfaction and safety. we have plenty of videos and photos of the whole incident if needed. they've also been making their own good reviews for all I know just to keep their stars at a decent rating....

"his is the hands down most expensive buffet of any kind for common families that i have seen or heard of. it is one of the prettiest fanciest looking buffets . 55.00 for 2, before tip
update:
one day it is nice. other days the gollowing is what they earned. wait staff is way better now..
and hands down the worst buffet food. eggs rolls mushy, fish ewee nasty looking. crab legs. ughh, dumplings sushi had minimal tiny fish pieces too much rice, and mushy veggies in it. everything seemed as if it was cooked, frozen then thawed snd heated, hence mushy, crab legs so soft, they bent but would not crack. crab meat came out one tiny piece at a time. so much msg (mono sodium glucomate i had explosive diaheara literally almost did not make the 10 (ish,) minute drive home. plates are stacked below the food. both times reaching down to get a plate, i ended up with a strangers crotch in my face , literally. fake wasabi, off brand coagulated, nasty soy sauce (not kim lee or the other name brand most, all other chinese buffets use. we sampled as much as we could, hoping for somthing we could enjoy. Only the frog legs and msg smoothered chicken wings where enjoyable, oh and the cake was quite nice. the cheese (?) pizza was tolerable
they even got rude when my guest asked for coke (as ordered) instead of ice tea. they got rude when i asked to have my overly sweet msg tainted (i think) ice tea be replaced with unsweeted (as i requested when i ordered).
hidious, and nasty are the best words to describe what i think was frozen, thawed, heated n served mushy food. even the little bit of fish was soft on the sushi rolls (californis rolls aka sushi)
when i asked if they gave a veterans discount, thier response was something to the affect of "why would we do that". thier response felt like an insult
the single worst "new resteraunt" food i have ever had, if not the all around worst resteraunt food ever, that i can remember.
i gave a three star for atmosphere because of thier pleasant guests and some of the wait staff where appropriately pleasant. what i think was the wait staffs manager, standing over the waitresses from a distance, watching like a hawk, was nothing short of rude, and intimidating.
they need lessons in respect towards custoners. buffet pricing trends, food prep , recipes and food delivery, even taught where to stack plates, how to dry them so they are not still wet, and how to rinse them so they look clean also."
the above now only applies half the time. truly a hit miss place.
it is not exquisite gourma dinning, but, me being particular, i have never found that type of dinning enjoyable.
this is it, its the place whether you drive s new merecedes, corvette, or work 40 hours a week to drive a used nissan sentra or 20 year old ford focus.
if you work for a living, wear clean cloths and enjoy hearty, healthy, tastee food and do not care about quality or cost, this mighy be a good...
