Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wilmington

Eating this was worse than you’d imagine. I thought I’d at least give it chance since the place became packed (note: AFTER) I placed my order, and maybe it wouldn’t have been a complete wreck.

Half the staff clearly have no desire to be there.

They have music playing so loudly that they have to shout at each other.

There was no organization. Multiple people had to wait while they tracked down what was prepared for they’re orders.

There’s no telling how long my pizza was ready. I didn’t see it added to the warmers after I came inside. Which means they couldn’t be bothered to signal it was ready like they said they would.

The pizza wasn’t formed right tasted doughy still. The sauce and cheese wasn’t cooked into the bread. Both halves disintegrated when I tried to pull the first pieces off.

The only thing keeping me from complaining was that I’d already spent 45 min or so, waiting for a 10-12 min pizza. And it just wasn’t worth the time by then.

If you want pizza, just order from somewhere else. This ain’t the place...

The food is cheap & a good choice for kids usually... However... They stay pretty busy & sometimes you have to wait a while for your food... Also had a bad experience once with customer service with someone who was in charge when the GM wasn't there... Not sure her title but she was very nasty & rude & I actually had to go over her head & call the GM to handle what should have been a very simple & easily fixable mistake on their end... It was ridiculous to say the least... The GM was very nice & helpful but the other employee should not work with the public if she has no people skills or a personality for it... I mean if you hate your job that much go work somewhere else... A factory or something where you don't have to be a "people person" or friendly or polite or helpful or interact at all with the...

The woman at this store was hideous. I stopped in to visit family because I'm heading back home. She literally came out and treated my son like he did not deserve his 30 minute break. They had no customers, I admit at that point I wanted him to quite come home with me and make a heck of a lot more money....

If you care about the energy you absorb while you eat food prepared for you, I recommend not eating here if she is there. If your intuitive and understanding energy it will be the female who talks down to her staff if they put her in a situation to do anything herself. What's most sad is that these type of people create the wall that makes people like us not want anything to do with people like...
