I normally don't leave reviews, especially if I have nothing nice to say, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience. I decided to order from this pizza place and they left off a topping, which happens to be my favorite. Mistakes happen, so I didn't make a big deal out of it. However, when I called back to address the issue, things took a turn for the worse.
Here’s what happened. I drove back to the condo where my family and I were staying, only to discover that the pizza was completely wrong. Feeling frustrated, I managed to get the manager on the phone. Instead of being understanding, she asked if I was coming back, despite the inconvenience and late hour with only 20 or 30 minutes left until closing time.
The manager informed me that they usually reimburse customers for missing toppings instead of making a new pizza. While I was willing to accept that solution, before I could respond, she displayed a lack of self-control and became visibly frustrated. She added, "If you want me to make you a $20 pizza, I'll make it for you tomorrow if you can be here by 3." This response was uncalled for, as I had simply expected to receive the pizza I ordered and paid for, made exactly as I had requested.
At this point, what bothered me more than the pizza itself was the manager's lack of customer service skills. It's concerning that a person in such an important role lacks emotional intelligence and people skills. I hope someone in a higher position reads this and either selects more suitable individuals for important roles or provides customer service training.
While everyone's experiences can differ, it's important to address instances where customers feel let down by the service they receive. I sincerely hope that the business takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their...
Read moreSo it started off as a delivery then turned into me picking up the rest of the order that was forgot. Luckily I was still working and was trying to get it delivered before I left after working 14 hours. First thing it took 3 times and after I got home I realized I had paid for the Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper shakers that I never got. So I first noticed the drink missing when the driver dropped it off. He went back and got it and then brought it back to me. By now it’s 9pm and this order was supposed to be delivered at 8:35pm. I’m fixing to lock my store up and go home and realize the bacon cheese sticks and my wings won’t there. So I called them they tell me the driver is out and it’ll be awhile but he’ll bring it to me asap. I told her I’d just pick it up because I was leaving work. I get there and when I tell you I was stunned to see a child sitting on one of tables. Plus there were 2 or 3 others. It’s obvious they were an employees kids because I was the only other person at one time and they won’t mine. I feel like if maybe there wasn’t so much distraction there my order would’ve been right the first time. This was a $50 order and honestly I’ll never be going back probably. They lady that helped me was nice and she got me what I was missing but I’ve never had so much confusion on an order. I didn’t customize anything so it shouldn’t...
Read moreWrong crust for 13th time. Not sure what happened to the bread sticks, given I worked there in every position and never seen them come out like that.
The store has gone down hill, food quality has gone down hill, customer service has gone down hill. Angelleta and Eddie really need to step up their game.
I've called to let them know how my pizza was made wrong or on the wrong dough, they made me pay for a remake (this was about 4 times). The bread sticks were the same way, rock hard, stale, no seasoning, and one time it has had bubbles. When I was working there, you showed the pizza to the customer and if there was something wrong with it, the remake was free.
Called the customer service number was no help. I sent them pictures and they tell me the management team will get back to me. I haven't gotten a single phone call back. The sad thing is, pizza hut was my favorite since I was doing the book thing in elementary school. Now, it's just like a waffle house of the...
