Last Sunday, I placed an online order at noon. My order required confirmation from the restaurant, which I received via text, along with payment confirmation. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. The next day, I called Panacea multiple times—each time, the phone was picked up and then immediately hung up. When I finally got through, I received a refund but no explanation.
Despite this experience, I decided to give the restaurant another chance, hoping it was just a one-time issue. We visited on Friday at 7 PM. The restaurant had several patrons but also many empty tables. Unfortunately, our server informed us that they were out of multiple items, including buns and certain drinks. My husband ordered a cheesesteak but was told they were out of meat. After ordering, we waited over an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, my meal was mushy, bland, and cold, while my husband’s bread and fries were burnt to a crisp.
