😡😡😡 I'm with the person who said they wish they could give no stars!!! Just went in for a unique gift. Picked up a couple of items that were in the 75% off area of the store. There were 4 people working and we were the only customers in the store so I would expect items to be where they should. I had gotten a hat from the sale area and after paying and getting to my car, realized I had been charged full price. I was still sitting in my car in the parking lot (6:04, they closed at 6) and explained what had happened. The girl sounded frustrated and asked if I wanted to correct it today (with me in the parking lot!). I walked in to find they wrote up a store credit!!!! Too much competition in this town to treat customers this way!!! I'll be back only to get my $$ but I'll never spend another cent of mine in here!!! Buyer...

I went with some family members to pickup some gifts in the Pandora section. Many employees were working and after waiting about 20 minutes to be greeted and/or helped, we went to the cashiers desk.

After the rude older lady with grey hair finalled stopped yelling at the girl behind the counter, she told a different employee, "they are ready to check out". I bluntly told her we were NEVER helped.

Dragonflies is one of my favorite places to shop. The store has so many beautiful things to buy or give as gifts. Gift wrapping is free and ready to give or ship. The children's department is amazing and my family loves everything I send them. If I'm looking for something special to give as a gift the employees there will do their best to make suggestions which stays within my budget.
