I placed my order 1 hour ahead, the cook responded with a "you're an hour away, I hope I remember to make your order but no worries I got your order in." When I arrive to pickup the order I'm told he's still preparing the order. So patiently wait, then notice the cashier being relieved by another cashier and as he's leaving ask the cook how much longer for my order? The cook say idk, that he has other orders he's preparing, about another 25 mins for mines. You expect me to wait another 25 mins on top of the 1hour call ahead I placed, sorry but no way. If you couldn't fulfill the order for an hour ahead you should've just said that to begin with and not waste both...

Store is good for quick grabs. Wouldn’t really advise anyone to eat from here. They barely speak English and don’t really listen to you so your order is bound to be wrong and not done when you get there no matter what time you call. The customer service is horrible. Attitudes are nasty and rushing. They make their own prices at the register and if you pay with your card they add on a extra fee best bet is to count with them at the register and PAY CASH and even still watch them cause they will add a fee to cash buys too. My first time here today and Idk whose order they gave me but it couldnt have been mine. I ordered eggs over easy no cheese, they gave me idk if it scrambled or flat eggs but they werent over easy AND THEY HAD CHEESE ON THEM. My beef bacon was two thin shriveled up pieces. I wont eat here again and I actually live around the corner. I rather drive to Jennys Fry corner over west side for breakfast then this bs. Oh and I wanted potatoes and they had none so they just gave me hashbrowns which i didnt want and they only gave me one not even two for the inconvenience.For $10 the shit...
