Adams Four — Local services in Wilmington

Something is not right with this store. The prices are labeled one way but they are rung up with higher prices. I don't know if some of the employees are scamming customers, but when I asked their supervisor to do price checks on the items I was questioning, she just stared blankly at me. I followed with can I show you the price signs I saw. No answer, no reply of any sort. She just rescanned the items and simply repeated the higher prices. How difficult is it to check or have another employee check 3 items' shelf prices? How wrong is this? Every time in the past (in other stores), if there was a dispute in pricings, employees would take items and simply do price checks. It was clear this employee did not want to check the price signs I saw for the items in question. I ended up returning the items for refunds. I just don't know if she was simply a lazy employee or someone on the supervisor level scamming customers and stealing from the store. She refunded my money without any problems, but didn't seem to care about customer relations or professional services at all. I don't plan on shopping at this store anymore. Whatever the case may be with this employee, it is just bad business for all parties--sellers...

I would not go to krunchy chicken food not so good I had them make my food twice all over again the first was burnt and second time under cook need a better cook and the manager was rude arguing with me back and fourth about how my food should be done so I ask for a refund he told me don’t come back you don’t tell nobody that don’t come back customers always right if you paying top dollar for you food and you got to eat it you would want your food to be eatable and tasty not burnt and can barely bite the food because it’s hard as a brick I could of lost a tooth. The store is trash period, all the pre-seasoned meat is expired meat they season it to cover up the smell. In the Deli they have no dates on opened meat and they will still slice expired meat. Raising of the prices does not mean the quality is better. People go out to smoke and come in to handle food without washing their hands. Employers get high on the job. If you call customer service and ask to speak to a manager they hang up on you I mean the list goes on and on. You can’t call HR because they have no number. The ownership office can’t even find the number for HR. Like what is going on?! FDA how is this store...
