Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Wilmington

This is my favorite Starbucks in the town I get a Venti nonfat, quad shot of mocha, brown Every early morning, I usually come around At the drive through stifling my yawning sounds The baristas are all chill, college kids I'm always given stoppers and tightened lids They even know my order when I pull, up close No clue they had a camera, when I picked my nose Not sure I got caught, because they don't throw shade Every.single.time. The coffee is of the highest grade Some Karens (and Darrens?) make complaints To get free stuff, victimhood narratives, they paint But I've been hitting these stores since I was nineteen This one is the most accurate, out of any I've seen I moved to this town for nostalgia, and growth And a familiar, kind place always helps the most When you relocate, and aren't established The coffee doesn't make it home, gets ravished They compliment my funny shirts when I go inside Even though I'm super shy, and want to hide

They're truly kind and it breaks my heart When one or two customers tirade, and tear them apart It's not their fault they still have light in their eyes So please be sure to tip them, each one genuinely tries Earning a living in an economy, rough Even small gestures can help with the worst stuff I should know, therapist by trade And it's usually this store when my day is made That extra bump of caffeine, to face the day No matter how many clinical notes stand in my way My stomach growls, and gas pedal obeys With each team members attitude, I'm amazed I love seeing people proud of their work No matter how many customers try to be jerks Give them respect, they're human too There's no such thing as social status, that's an issue with YOU Remember kindness costs nothing at all They have vegan and veggie options, to munch with your jaw A nice spot outside, to study and read They're happy to add any extra you may decide you need

Today, i never felt disappointed. I came in and ordered two drinks. Quad expresso with salted carmel foam and 1 pump of white mocha but iced in venti cup. And same thing but chocolate foam with 2 pumps of chocolate mocha. Well as i trying to pay. I decided to use my rewards which was 105 stars and pay the difference. Well i waited for drinks. The employee who was doing the drinks was having not so good day. Was doing the drinks so slow. And she did other people drinks before mine which was odd even though i was first in the order given. Then i got mine. But never gotten my first order. I was so confused that i had to talk to someone else who was doing the orders. I waited 35 mins by the way. They explained that it never went through and etc. My mom was waiting in the car. And she calls me. I was trying to solve the issue. But my mom gets involved. And they decided to not take accountability. They blamed the point system which makes no sense to me in this case to me. Only because one drink was missing in my order. And my mom was highly pissed and she waited for hers after words. After somewhat solving the issue. It was not good coffee at the end. My mom went back and said it was not good. That they remade it. I never felt disappointed. We only go to this location because Nathan who works there makes our coffee the best. And now the fact the service today is so bad. We are not coming back due to the staff today who worked today. I hope the customer service changes because if it does not then this location will...

I usually order from monkey Junction because it’s closer to where I live but today I was on that side of town so I decided to go to Oleander Starbucks. I got my usual order Trenta salted caramel cold brew with 12 pumps caramel syrup and extra foam (basically light and sweet) The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one Is because they were busy and The woman at the front counter was nice. The woman asked me you don’t really want 12 pumps do you we usually just do half pumps so you’re talking about half pumps I said no 12 full pumps I like it really sweet I get my order and as I’m driving I realize that it is not sweet at all I mean even at 12/2 pumps which would be six pumps I would think it would be somewhat sweet I even tried to stir it around a little bit thinking maybe the syrup settled to the bottom and no it’s just not sweet at all. The extra foam was not there And it looked like somebody had already stirred it into my drink and I open the lid and the foam is super watery. And when I open the lid I realized there’s no ice even in the drink so it is lukewarm and taste like a regular iced coffee with a little bit of milk in it. About 30 minutes after getting the order I arrived home and realized that what was supposed to be the foam is curdled and chunky now.
