Everything today was average, nothing to get excited about or write home about. The dining area was small for Wendys possibly the smallest Wendy's dining room I have ever seen or been in. It was crowded. Customers waiting in line, we're crowded around some of the tables including the table I was sitting at. I ordered two of the same hamburgers one add lettuce and onion. The burgers were not labeled and not as hot as the should have been or would have been at any other Wendys. I tried to use Gray or Samsung pay, as my Feiancee left the cars in the car and I didn't have a lot of cash one me. They said they did not do mobile payments, unlike every Wendys I have ever been to before. I had $22.00 cash one me and was $.05 short I had to rum to the car to get the nickel. The cashier held up the line until I came back with the nickel. The didn't say anything to the other customers just stood there waiting. Which caused the dining room to start to fill up and quickly become crowded people were jammed up. People started to leave because the line was just standing still not moving. All over $.05 I thought that was crazy and disrespectful to the other customers especially when they had the symbol for tap pay and mobile payments such as GPay and Apple Pay on the card reader they even had the logos/stickers on the doors. Of they don't or are not set up to take those kinds of payments take the signs down, would have made sure to have the physical card in my had and the problem would have easily been avoided. The food wasn't terrible and it was cold I still gave...
Read moreI just left this Wendy's. I knew it was going to be a bad experience because it always is, but yet I like having some cheap fast food every once in awhile. The drive through attendants at this Wendy's are the rudest, most ghetto fast food workers I have EVER encountered, and this is every time I go here. I give one star because the food at least was right, albeit not that great, but that's what I get for ordering $4 food.
When I ordered this time all I was able to get out was the very first part of my order before the rude girl on the intercom said "sauce and drink!" She had cut me off already trying to tell her which sauce and drink I wanted. I started trying to tell her which sauce I wanted and as I was talking she interrupted me again to blurt out "sauce and drink!" Not so much a question but a demand. I said "yes I'm trying to tell you!" She was finally quiet long enough for me to give her the rest of my order. I didn't say a word to her at the window I was so mad. She didn't say much to me either, no hi or thank you, or anything that any service person should KNOW that they are supposed to say to a paying customer.
Anyway like I said my expectations for this store were already low. I had previously written a complaint to the company via the website but nobody ever contacted me back so I figure yeah that's typical. I can at least leave a poor...
Read moreI recently stopped by this Wendy’s for lunch, hoping to enjoy the quality food and service I remember. Unfortunately, it fell short. Wendy’s has always been a favorite fast food spot for me, known for its quality burgers, but this particular location seems to have lost its touch, especially since the pandemic. The cashier was friendly and helpful, which was appreciated, but the rest of the staff seemed unmotivated, almost as if they’d rather be anywhere else. Their attitude gave the whole place a sluggish, uninviting feel.
One of the biggest disappointments was the Coke Freestyle machine – it was out of almost every flavor at 11:00 a.m., well before the usual lunch rush. This lack of preparation felt like a sign of poor management or staff disinterest. As for the dining area, it wasn’t exactly dirty, but it also wasn’t as clean as I’d expect, especially at that early hour. Given how many other options there are nearby, I left feeling like this Wendy’s just wasn’t worth it. While I wouldn’t completely rule out coming back someday, it’s unlikely I’ll be returning...
