Casa de Empanada — Restaurant in Winchester

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kind of warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel like family. Casa de Empanada is a Filipino-owned gem full of heart, tradition, and incredible flavor.

We came in for breakfast and left with full bellies, big smiles, and empanadas to-go (because the portions were so generous!). We ordered the longsilog and chicharon pork belly breakfasts. We paired our meal with an ube Spanish latte and a tiramisu latte—both unique, rich, and the perfect morning treat. Everything we tasted was absolutely MASARAP!

Since we couldn’t leave without trying the empanadas, we took home a few: carne norte de patatas, chicken adobo, and cheesy ham. Every single one was cooked to perfection—flaky crusts and flavorful fillings that were clearly made with care.

Casa de Empanada is more than a restaurant—it’s an experience that brings Filipino comfort food to life. We can’t wait to come back and try even more from the menu....

Friendly staff and yummy food! We were checking out a coffee shop nearby and were searching for a brunch restaurant and Casa de Empanada came up. We all got 3 different plates for each of us, very flavorful and hits the spot if you’re craving Filipino food. We will definitely come back again if we’re ever in the area, my hubby did mentioned that the chicharron pork belly was a little salty, he would prefer no extra salt added on top. We were all stuffed and still had some left over too so amount of food for what you pay for...

So good! The owner and everyone who works here is so friendly. Every time we go in the owner always comes out to talk and check on us he's super nice. The empanadas are the best we have had! Except for my mother in laws of course :) The topsilog is really yummy too! Its pork and we are used to beef but we got it to try and we were definitely not disappointed. Super tender and flavorful.
