I ordered my food through the app to be picked up. I got to the store a little early so I waited in the car occasionally checking the status in the tracker. When I saw it was ready, I went inside and paid. After I paid, I was told it would be a few more minutes and I mentioned that the app told me it was ready and was again only told it would be a few more minutes and they walked away. I sat and waited for about 5 more minutes and was called up that it was ready, but only gave me half of my order. When I mentioned it, they told me that was all that showed up on the order. I pulled out my receipt from the app to show the entire order and what was paid for. After taking a look at it I was told to wait longer for them to get the rest of the order together. So I sat down and waited another few minutes before calling my name. Once I got it I left and started driving before I realized I was still missing my 2 liter of soda and had to turn around and go back in for it and the person at the counter very condescendingly told me to grab it myself and, again, walked away from the counter.
Look, I get it. People make mistakes. I'm not upset that I had to wait so long because of the mistakes. I'm upset because I was told it was done and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes with no explanation and then was treated inappropriately by the people behind the counter when I started...

However, upon delivery, the very respectable pimple face kid delivered a piping hot Pizza. In a very timely manner. He was professional and courteous. Once we sat down and observed the pie, although visually appealing and built to corporate specs, it was not what had been ordered. Calling the store back to advise them of their mistake, I was greeted with a polite rudeness(not by the associate that I spoke with on the phone), the rude manager had negative, consumer negative, responses to my advisement of the mistake. Corporate will not be pleased. Management also refused to fix their mistake or compensate in anyway. Ultimately the associate was caught in the middle and I could feel the tension. Be careful here or it will be your $35 mistake. order precisely, and have the order double read back to you. and if it’s the manager answering the phone as in our case, make sure and advise him you would rather talk to an associate. In our case it was the manager who took the order and transferred an incorrect order to the associate. Who in turn had to deal with a customer calling in about a incorrect order. I came to this location tonight thinking dinner was going to be quick and easy, We ordered online and when we got to this location a manger heather who looked like she was mad or upset didn’t greet me and acted if she was trto busy , although there was nobody in the store except me. I told her my order and when they gave me a cold pizza I mentioned it to heather she said she would warm it up but didn’t mention it was going to be as dry as cardboard and burnt !!! I brought this to her attention and she replied (there is nothing I can do for you ). I asked to talk to a manager she told me she was the manager . I had a long day at work and just wanted some good east service and some great pizza you will find that is not at this location ran by heather who then after that was. Very unprofessional telling me she had other orders she will need to do first and that she was going to take her time making them!! At this point I’m blown away by how unprofessional this location is and is ran by incompetent people who ever put this girl in Charge of their business …. Worst customer service and pizza !!!!
